Or, depending on if it's just the general shape language and color rather than specifically meaning medicine, it could be a red rhombus for those nice angles, though the red crystal is another protected symbol. But again, there's plenty of personal characters who violate copyright in one way or another, but it really doesn't apply much to private artists like you or I.

It's funny that they removed that episode shortly after it went public, and I thought it was because of that, but it was actually because they had accidentally uploaded an unfinished version full of animation errors, so the red cross remained after the reupload.

Maybe some sort of inspirational encounter with Starlight, who told her the importance she had learned about cutie-marks and how it wasn’t healthy to not be able to let them shine in their most authentic way.
