  • I will be showing you how to replace your brake pads on the front of the Durango.
PAY ATTENTION TO THE MISTAKE I MENTIONED about the brake pad with and without the clips to save you any extra work!!!
    Tools you'll need:
    22mm socket for lug nuts
Wheel chocks or something to prevent rolling ((not necessary but safety first?)
    Jack
    Jack stand
    Ratchet
T55 socket for caliper bolts-(front of vehicle)
T45 Socket for (rear) caliper bolts. (Much more difficult to get to because of no room sooo you'll need a very short version of it)
    Clamp or brake pad spacer
Pliers for adjusting clip on piston brake pad
    Flat screw driver
Pry bar for removing brace clip from the calipers
    Replacement brake pads
    Brake cleaner or soapy water
    Brake parts lube
Wire brush for cleaning rusty or dirty parts

I watched the whole video just wondering why routers weren’t replace or taken to the shop to get them even out

@@akelamyGSD7848 the brakes were my main concern because I was hearing the metal indicator letting me know they were due for a change. I only had the Durango for a year so the rotors were not warped. Thats why I didn't get them repaired or resurfaced.

Did your Afe cold air intake make a difference?

You could definitely hear it from within the cabin and I did get another 3 mpg. I didn't regret the upgrade.

@@Spader-J thanks ! I used AFE exhaust on my Nissan Titan and picked up about 4-5 mpg hwy . We purchased a dodge Durango R/T plus awd new in 22 and wondered if the cold air would help it . Once again thank you !

@@mountendew i would definitely recommend it. Wonderful mpg gain and ontop of the amazing sound it has already what a slight boost in the sound when you accel. Less restriction and just pure awesomeness 😎 👌

All looked good until I saw you used a Torx on an Allen (Hex Head) bolt. I stopped watching.
