Well said my friend, you nailed it. Regarding your question, I didn't have any challenges personally, but I can tell the way that the job description has been written in generic form and there are a lot of expectations from the candidate while the actual role is not like that.

Exactly. If you've been looking for a while it is easy to find the patters and the crazy things out there. Nowadays even scammers are using job posts to scam people. Wild world out there

I'm a business owner born and raised in America. No clue why UA-cam put this on my front page. But, make some friends and ask if they know anyone hiring. In America, who you know is infinitely more important than what you know. If someone vouges for you, you're good. I'm a business owner, as are almost all of my friends, parents, and my wife. None of us would ever do a public job posting. We ask around if anyone knows anyone good for what we need. The last time I did an official "resume" I was like 15 trying to sell jeans at the outlet moll. Resumes are only for jobs with big corporations. Local businesses' don't really do that. If you are trying to work for some massive company like google, amazon etc. then ya you need a good resume I guess. Me and most of the people i know would never work for a big company because the pay is shit.
