some other things:
-dont forget to drink alot of water
-and get adaquate rest (sleep not too much not too little)
-staying active in general, goin for walks or dancing or yoga whatever but movement is quite good

The opening of this is so accurate. As a disabled vet, finding out i had cancer really hurt. Big goal, dont die. It was the little daily goals that make the difference. Each day is a battle, but its one day at a time.

Glad to see u again!!! I was doing so good and had lost weight, tons of compliments that I was getting, feeling good in everything I wore!! But I just got burned out on eating super healthy that I have now gained some weight back.. I want to do a reset and try again.. Be going on vacation soon and I know I won’t be putting no effort while on vacation but I’m really want to reset.. This was a great motivational video! Do u have any tips when u do a reset?? Would love to see a video on resetting!

Help! I've been able to lose 50lbs by staying in a calorie deficit BUT now I'm all scrawny 😫 n I've done some research on how to gain muscle. Apparently I'm supposed to increase my protein intake so my muscles can grow and ofcours do weight training BUT doesn't more protein mean more calories ? I'm struggling to take the risk because I don't want to gain weight back😭 what if I get fat again?!😭 how do I go about this? Please make a video on how to build muscle while staying in a calorie deficit to still lose fat weight. Ive went from 182lbs to 133. I'm 5'3", 28yrs young. My goal was 120lbs but right now I'm just desperate to build muscle.

Help me to figure out what weight to start with.. I think my delay in progress is because I don’t know where to put my weight. How much weight do I try?
Go slow if you are starting now. Go adding more and more. But you need to stop adding weight when you feel uncomfortable doing the reps. Not the good uncomfortable, the muscle burning. The bad one, when you feel is injuring you.

How many days a week can I train leg day ??
As often as you can recover. 3 factors. Diet, exercise and rest. If you recover quickly, you can challenge parts more. Everybody is different. Know your body. I really think, just me, every 72 hours per part. But im old.
