    Well said. It’s a turbulent time now for condo investors. So many bloody condo units/ projects out there. Even with a discount of $100k, a lot of time it is still not a good deal. U still hit with negative CF. Your ROI still sucks.

    This was helpful. So based on this info I guess I’ll wait, not lose my 100k and I won’t sell on assignment, but the ROI will not be good? pretty sure I understand what ROI is but how do I calculate it? I’ll google it lol

      Yes also Google cap rate cash flow and cash on cash return you need to do those calculations and also find out if it is cash flow negative can you sustain it if you cannot sustain it that means you have no option but to sell or assign
