Dear Sir, I entered USA on 23 Nov 2022 with my IV category SB1 visa. Should I get a new Green Card as I entered with an SB1 visa? is there anyhope my greencard expired ,4 years now am outside usa.. ddnt know about the rules and law about green card am after of my mother been sick thats way i went home without knowing my greencard but after my mother pass away.. do i have a chance?
