To go a little more in depth with tip nr 10, as you watch him move you can kinda see him run through some mini-sprints where he taps the sprint key for just a second, it seems he does this not just to make himself faster, but to make the opponent not be able to use movement timings to figure out exactly where he’s going to be and exactly when he’s going to be peeking an angle, really subtle but very impressive
@@kangrukennyThe tiny sprints could be as simple as the fact he uses a Wooting keyboard, if he uses hold sprint with rapid trigger enabled, his finger lifting even 0.1mm’s would cancel the sprint and restart the animation
Shaiiko is excellent at what he does because he mastered the basics of the game. We can search and easily find those 10 tips in any guide in any source, but only dedicated players will master those skills. I'm tired of seeing people not realizing the importance of any of those tips and instead spending hours and hours at TDM or AimLabs and being terrible at the game because they are often outsmarted (Ash player versus Kapkan is the prime example). Siege does not penalize bad aiming as other shooters do. It rewards players who try to improve on those 10 fundamentals of the game. Raw aim will only work to a certain point. It's good to see how one of the best players of the game relies more in the basics mechanics than being just an aimbro. Amazing video!
Exactly this. Siege at its core is a simple game. I avoided any tips that related to aim because aim is a small portion of siege. Thank you for your interest in my video, I appreciate fellow siege lovers!! 🫶🫶🫶
Amazing video with great examples for each tip. I don’t watch Competitive Siege so I had no clue about Shaikos statistics. Thanks for doing a deep dive into his gameplay
One piece of advice that I would like to add, which is linked to dronning, is just a detail, but the most important. 1: Stop jumping around with your drone, you're making noise. 2: Drones at height do not exist (yes there are exceptions of course, but drones at height are 80% visible which is enormous)
Not sprinting in the building is a real game changer that people need to appreciate. Sprinting makes you loud as sin and anyone paying attention can cut you off just by sneaking and letting you fall into your crosshairs. Even sprinting on a floor above someone can be dangerous because with a good headset they can nearly pinpoint ypur location.
Really good vid as always, thanks for good work u putting in! Could u also make same sort of content on other roles as well? (featuring highly regarded players' from said roles gameplay)
Bro this was so good actually… can you do more ?? In general? Coming back and feel braindead from all of the other games I’ve surrounded myself since ‘19
I’m glad that you enjoyed! I know I haven’t uploaded in a while, but I’ve just had a lot going on in my life and job atm that I haven’t had the time to put into videos :(
@@kangrukenny i see guys like spoit and heardz get tilted when they re not getting kills but not shaiiko , he will still play his game and not loose his mind, by the end of the game hes leading the scoreboard
@jynxzienthusiast Shaiiko and Yuzus are the two most calm & unphased players in the game imo. I’m always in awe when watching them play with how composed they are
it's not really that crazy. they didn't participate in the first major. they made 8th in si and 7th in atlanta--not exactly great results. sure, they are much better than many of the teams that will be playing in si2024, but that doesn't matter. sports are decided by points and results, not how good a team is on paper.
Yeah of course, Siege will always be a team based game. However, both BDS and MNM made main stage quarters of one major, whereas other teams going to SI didn’t win a single international game at a major. So their results are better, but the points system definitely needs a rethink. The best tournament of the year not having the best player of the year in it is a shame
Must be a weird feeling for Pengu, now that he's bald and retired but Shaiiko is still at the top of the world. What's your opinion on BDS playstyle and chances at Montreal Major/S.I. later on, now that they also have Yuzus and Solotov?
Do you think something like reacting to your opponents play style has a big part of his game too or is he more of a play Shaiiko way and thats it? The ole Joystick technique
He has his style and from watching him a lot I believe he just plays his style because it works. There of course will be micro adjustments for certain opponents, certain counterplays etc, but Shaiiko is distinctly Shaiiko every game!!
Same, you gain insights on players that you never previously could with the match replays (and Guzz cuts out the middle man of having to work the match replays yourself 😂)
funny how the so called best player still losing mostly everything, same with spoit, its about the team, since left Rogue he is not the monster anymore cuz M80 are all beasts. BDS is just a mess and shaikoo can use his good positioning to gun around. did you ever have had that one game you got your killrecord on cuz your team didnt do shit. it doesnt mean that you didnt play well, it still means your team is a mess and u get the kills cuz noeone else does. No hate on your video but facts are facts. and your tips are more general things everyone does rather then it being Shaiko the golden boy 😂 good analysis nice commentary👍
Siege will always be a team based game. That’s why sometimes the best individuals don’t get the big successes (Nesk, Shaiiko, Paluh etc). BDS and Shaiiko have won a major & both G8 tournaments so they do have successes. BDS’ system set Shaiiko up to get kills, and so the others on the team struggled - if you have the best player then use him. So maybe a system change will see BDS be more consistently successful at the top of the game idk. Siege at its core is simple, so the tips are simple. There’s no secret, complex tricks to being good at siege. I appreciate the feedback, thank you 🙂
The fact is that Shaiiko is the best player that has ever played siege and by a large margin regardless of his team performance which is still great btw.
Tip 11: Play holographic scope
Tip 12: Get yourself a five stack so you can rely on extern information
But only if you run 4:3
Five stacks with communication will always beat playing solo!
3:2 can also work with holo’s, but 4:3 is deffo the more popular res

100%. Sprinting gets people killed more than anything else that I see, because they think that speed >

Yeah that’s personal preference, he runs 4:3 aspect with 84 fov, and holographic only (bc the aspect and fov are very zoomed in)
