Good to see you Alex! I watched an interview of you last night on Diary of a CEO and to great to see you are back! I look forward to your videos. I have two people close to me that I have lost to suicide. Good for you and two year sobriety, that's amazing!
Never tire of hearing you Alex.I woke up ,started listening to you on this channel what I expected to be a few minutes of listening has already been like an hour and finding it difficult to tear myself away.So. much interesting advise in so little time.I'll continue to follow.Love Rollo❤
Hi Alex, just found your videos and they have been very helpful to me. I've been stuck in a dark place mentally for several years but am making progress in recent months. Stopped alcohol which I was using to numb myself and making my mental health the top priority over everything else in my life. Just wanted to say thanks. You are making a difference!
Alex I absolutely Hoover up your videos they are really motivational - I will never get bored of listening about your alcohol free life and I’m mirroring you . Thank you
Dear Alex. You asked what we are looking forward the most from this channel’s return... well... I got an easy answer: "Just let things be" ;-) On your instagram and with this video, I allways enjoy it the most, when you're just sitting and talking. Thank you so much for being you and sharing your thoughts with us. Welcome back 💖
100 per cent take the opportunity to chat to others, particularly the older generation. I learnt so much in sales and marketing at a luxury care home from the residents, they all had stories to tell and wise advice to share. I was working with living history everyday. Welcome back!

Dear Alex... so good to see you! I've just got to the bit of your video where you are talking about information and general honest talking about living an alcohol free life. Please speak more on this....we all need to . I'm 2yrs free too.... and I honestly see ,living an alcohol free life as having a Superpower of sorts....you can do anything you want....it free's up life so much. Hi Alex! Honestly, I didn't know about you or heard about you just until September. Then I googled you and read you joined Love Island UK and other negative articles. At first, I thought oh he's not that of a good guy. But then, I watched your videos on Instagram and Tiktok and I realized, you're a person with a good heart. I started following you here and your other social media. I have listend to some of the episodes in Stompcast. Continue in what you do and your passion for mental fitness. You seem to be a humble and down to earth guy. Oh I don't know if you'll be reading this. 🤭😊 I'm from the Philippines by the way. Wishing you all the best and looking forward to more of your videos. One more thing, Rolo is adorable, he is so bevahed. 😊🩷
Great to see you back Dr Alex. You're an amazing person, so just seeing you do what you do each day is interesting. Like your chat to that elderly lady, sometimes it's just nice taking a coffee and chatting to someone or just being alone with your own thoughts.
It’s wonderful to have you back Alex 😊. I’ve followed your journey since seeing you on Love Island and used to really enjoy your chatty videos where we got to see your daily life. I’m so glad you are back and that you have Rolo to look after you ❤.

Hi Alex so lovely to see you back! My husband has just been diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 64, it has really turned us on our heads and explained a number of things so any insights or help would be great. X
Hey Alex! So glad to see you back. I really enjoy your podcast & your Instagram. You might not remember - but - you gave me some great advice regarding medical school many years ago. I’m now in medical school! You’ve made such a positive impact on mine and so many people’s lives. Glad to see you back. Neesha
Just come across you Alex. You have such a brilliant attitude and manner. Love Rolo too! I stopped drinking and what a different person I feel. I did alot of mental health work with teenagers I really enjoyed it. Keep up the good work. Janet
A lovely video, Dr. Alex! Glad to hear that you’re back on UA-cam! It would be good if you did some videos on how to manage anxiety. It was lovely to hear about the conversation you had with that lovely lady. The point that she made about not always finding answers really stuck out to me. Thank you for sharing. 💙
Thank you so much! Amazing feedback and yes I definitely want to do some more videos on anxiety, as it's something that effects so many of us. I hope you have a great week :)

Well done on the sobriety. I’m 1 year without alcohol and I’ve never felt better! Although I’ve compensated eating a little more so the puppy fat is building.
Hi Alex. Really great to see you back on UA-cam and I always have enjoyed Stompcast too. I find the podcast content so useful for everyday life and comforting with the outdoors element. Hey! Thank you for taking the time to write to me. I am so glad the stompcast is helpful and you enjoy it, I absolutely love making the episodes it really helps me too. I hope all goes well with the diagnosis, be kind to yourself, it often triggers a lot of looking back. Not all of that is helpful! And I would defo recommend giving sobriety a go, I will share some of my reasons for trying in upcoming videos x

I suppose the element of gratitude & sense of well being in the present is absent since he basically lives for her return. His face is a bit like Rollo’s ❤

Yes! Leaning into the rain :) The day before my cat had intestinal surgery I was so scared it might be her last day, so we spent most of the day outside and when it poured it down and Lexi didn't want to go back inside yet I said 'I will sit with you in the rain for as long as you want.' Luckily it wasn't her last day.
I do hope shes ok! And that is so moving. And powerful. What we most take for granted is usually what we miss most when its gone. Life is crazy like that. Lean into the rain ☔️ ❤
@@DrAlexGeorgeLexi recovered well from the operation! :) Thank you for the reply I feel a bit starstruck :P Indeed, I find that non-human animals are good at showing us what is important. Your discussion with the old lady was also heart-warming!
Helo dr alex welcome back! 🤗🤗 Im from philippines im a fan of you🙏 im very happy that youll back again on your youtube channel, im very missed you so much to watch here🥰😘 i hope you still continue this vlog uploading videos🤗 were still here for you just as i am who love you as fans take care alex always godbless you😘🙏
I’m such a dance in the rain-person, actually literally dancing in the rain 😂 People either think I’m a bit weird (words from my boss, in a jokingly sense) or they just laugh with me and enjoy it 😍
I’ve just been diagnosed with ADHD at 32 years of age, after life became a nightmare for my family because of dealing with me and my ADHD, I was insufferable and I knew I needed to get help because something wasn’t right. What tools do you use to manage it? Does your sobriety help? Any book recommendations, not that I can focus on one for more than 10 minutes 🤦♂️ I’m here trying to piece it all together. Thank you 🙏
Good to see you looking so well Alex. I had wondered where you'd disappeared to but thought I must have unsubscribed but I hadn't. Good to see back on UA-cam again but maybe slow down your speech just a little bit as it's hard to keep up with all that you're saying. 😊
Thank you, Alex. I am neurodivergent myself, as I have Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, OCD, depression and low mood. I also experience anxiety and, at times, suicidal thoughts. Have you ever thought about becoming a therapist? I think you would make an amazing one because of your lived experiences. You should consider pursuing it. I recently saw a psychologist who told me that I will never become a counsellor because of my neurodivergent conditions and my learning disability, as I sometimes struggle to process and retain information. I’m only 19 years old.
I am also learning about ADHD having recently been diagnosed, any experience/tips for using medication and how trauma impacts us ADHDers (and how you have dealt with yours) would be amazing!
Hi, I recently started following your channel and I love it, it's very inspiring and motivating. I just wanted to ask, is your book 'The Mind Manual' going to be available on Kindle anytime soon?
Hello Alex, My son is 13 and has recently been diagnosed with ADHD , we are learning everyday how to manage life, emotions , mood and challenges. Would love to hear any insight you have on your experiences with ADHD. I know everyone is different however your opinions will still be appreciated . xx
Hi Ruth! Well done getting the diagnosis at a young age. Really does help to be able to learn as we grow. I will certainly bring content around ADHD. I hope it will help. Also recommend listening to the ADHD chatter podcast, its brilliant.
Focus on girls and women with adhd would be amazing to see you talk about and create a better awareness of. I’m struggling to get my daughters school to take my flags seriously because she’s not fitting the old school adhd tick boxes. It’s making me sad, I’m constantly being met with “but she’s not naughty”. GP says they can’t refer anymore so it’s all via the school. So many girls and women being missed because of this. I can only imagine the amount of undiagnosed young girls and teen girls really struggling because they’re not getting the right support.

Would love video on Truma as I'm trying to get help but GP has so little. Big fan of u so much xx
great audio and video - what audio do you use? thanks
Thank you 🙏
Hello Dr alex george . My son Jonnie is autistic and really likes your youtube channel and f1 !

Good to see you looking so well Alex. I had wondered where you'd disappeared to but thought I must have unsubscribed but I hadn't.
Good to see back on UA-cam again but maybe slow down your speech just a little bit as it's hard to keep up with all that you're saying. 😊
Thank you! And you are so right. Good feedback. I’m used to reels these days where you have to speak quickly. I will slow down, noted!

I really liked it, but I would like you to talk about anxiety, I would really like you to address this topic.
Absolutely will 💙
my favorite time to run is in the rain.. People do think your wonkers!!!!!!
@@DrAlexGeorgethank you Alex will look forward to more content and will definitely give the podcast a listen to xx
Does your mum still make the gloves fundraising for Llyr causes? If so, will you link?
Yes she does 🙂 , she's doing really well.

Thank you so much for your support

Focus on girls and women with adhd would be amazing to see you talk about and create a better awareness of.
I’m struggling to get my daughters school to take my flags seriously because she’s not fitting the old school adhd tick boxes. It’s making me sad, I’m constantly being met with “but she’s not naughty”.
GP says they can’t refer anymore so it’s all via the school.
So many girls and women being missed because of this.
I can only imagine the amount of undiagnosed young girls and teen girls really struggling because they’re not getting the right support.
Did you move? The background to this video doesn’t seem to be the flat you did up.
What are your thoughts about autistic patients
So are you no longer a practicing doctor? Genuine question.

Back for attention?
Thank you for being a good friend and congratulation❤
