I mean gls and linears serve separate purposes, gls are burst dps and some like cataphract and edge transit are just better for a lot of encounter especially in pantheon, linears aren’t bad by any stretch but as of right now rockets and gls are easier to use and have significantly higher damage

Taipan is middle of the pack and serves a very different purpose than GLs do

Crazy to see all fusions not being relevant to boss damage anymore, not even cataclismic.
Whisper of the Worm 100% put into retirement every linear we had...they are pretty much extinct at this point.

Queenbreaker met-ahahahaha, couldn't even finish the sentance, I was Atheon farming on LFG one time and this one guty insisted on using Queenbreaker, I had a lot of laughs at his expense.

It’s probably safe to assume the that Cataclysmic and Taipan would would be a in league of their own in the total damage department due to ammo regen perks, right?

Any particular reason you didn't do Arbalest, Lorentz Driver, Queenbreaker or Sleeper Simulant?

Lorentz and Queenbreaker aren't dps weapons. So they won't do much. Arbalest would do a lot of damage but probably only the same amount as the ones shown here or probably even less tbh. Sleeper well sleeper would most likely out damage all of them or tie with doomed petitioner

the video is pretty good, but still there were problemes at the damage. With the doomed lfr you hit every shot but your surge ran of by 1. On stormchaser you couldn't manage to hit every bullet cause she turned a bit on damage, so you missed 3 hs right there. If u take those facts, doomed would have more damage then the numbers shown, and stormchaser would have round about 120k more damage with hitting all shots. u can also ran stormchaser with clown cartridge which would increase the dps but thats just for the moment which is not consistent. all in all the real top 3 would be doomed far at the top, then stormchaser in between and cataclysmic at the end. I just analysed the top 3 cause those are the top options and everything else can't reach those numbers even if you hit everything perfectly.

Its damage would be lower than both Threaded Needle and Taipan. They both have better rolls and Taipan is craftable. What's even the point of Laser Pointer?
