@@DragonStar524actually, only Z has a problem with that, and it's more something to do with his fusion with Haruki, staying at human size take too much energy, but it's canonically known that Ultras could keep Human size indefinitively if they wanted

Also Amia was seen human sized in The * Ultraman.
