@@pravinmurthy My point is completely different and it is not about "In gear acceleration" which is the rate at which a vehicle's speed increases while a specific gear is engaged. My point pertains to the impact of varying service histories between a used bike and a new one on their respective acceleration capabilities.
"In gear acceleration" itself doesn't mimic city road conditions. Instead, it is a characteristic of how a vehicle's speed increases while a specific gear is engaged. In gear acceleration varies based on factors such as the gear ratio, engine power, and other mechanical aspects of the vehicle.

Good luck!
They have in gear acceleration mentioned already!..
Please update this video with the gen 3 duke 390
I was waiting for this video ! thanks autocar 👍
Most points covered and wonderfully explained. Live this comparo
Ktm duke 390 the winner ❤❤❤😍
Which would you recommend as a better touring machine? Let's say something to ride at 110-120 kmph all day long and munch miles on the Highway?
Honda 500.
Compare with bajaj Dominar please!🙏🙏🙏🙏
Do a comparison between Harley Davidson X440 and Triumph Speed 400...everyone is expecting that video from your channel.
Please do a similar comparison of triumph with RE gt 650 /interceptor
Triumph is a great package.. that’s what we Indians want. Great product at affordable price! 😊
KTM have to let go off that orange colour in India if they have to change their image. The C word.
That orange colour is their signature and overall brand image. Losing that orange colour is like losing their overall image
@@sooraj020 Exactly.
Which one has more ground clearance ?
I wish 390 was priced at 2.60lkh
Superb comparo..
when the brand new KTM390 coming soon?? can you share more details ?
thank you for comparing speed 400 with KTM...you have rightly placed it at the right type it belongs to.... speed 400 though projected as roadstar by the company doesn't belong to that type/ category.....it falls in ktm category
What makes the 390 Duke's case even worse is that the 390 Adventure X is more affordable, is just as good at handling, has better ride quality and has lesser gimmicks to go wrong long term, making it the better KTM to buy as long as you can handle the 855 mm seat height.
Adv can never be as good in handling as a street naked. Saying from years of experience with both.
@@anujarttand naked cannot be comfortable... They r just choices people need to make no need to get so senti
@@premprabhakar805 Nakeds can be comfortable too, it's too broad to say every naked is uncomfortable and every adv is comfortable. From the city stand point a naked can be more comfortable due to its flickability whereas on highway an adv shall make more sense.
@@anujarttalso judging by our road conditions, and touring capabilities I'll rather pick the ADV X over 390
@@Atmaspeaks Whatever sails our boat brother XD
How do the vibrations on both bike compare?
Ktm 390 has reputation of overheating
The old ones had that problem. The new ones are much better unless you ride in shorts and chappals. Wear jeans and normal shoes and you will be fine
I just love this comparison. Bringing them together itself is very mesmerizing
Just hit the like button first then watch the video ❤😊
Just cz u said it, I have liked the video and now watching it..😅
Damn...but everything aside what about the showroom and service center network of triumph? Nearest triumph showroom is 25 kms away from my home ...But so was the case with Honda Bigwing but now after 2 years there are 2 bigwings within 8 to 10kms radius from my house...will it be the same with triumph?
my question is does running at high rpm which ktm loves degrade piston rings quickly?
Compared 2 different genres of motorcycles with similar engine numbers.
