今日は「夏物見直し捨て活」のお話をしたいと思います。
クローゼットにある夏物、今年の夏になってから、それ、着ていますか？
私は長い間、夏のクローゼットがぎちぎちでした。
今年は着るかも、今年は着るかも、と長年手元に置き続けた服が結構ありました。
でもそれを解決するために私が実行した、機械的に、自動的に
夏物を手放すための秘訣１２選をお伝えしようと思います。

何年か着てない服を
思いきって処分する！と、決めた時に、
頭で考えるだけだと
まだ着れる！勿体ない！と、いう思考が出てきたので、
一度着てみる！という事をしました。
今の自分に合ってないな！ この先、きっと着ないな！と直ぐに
答えが出て、捨て活する事が出来ました。
自分が好んで着る服はどんな感じなのかを知る！というのも
大切な事だな！と思います😄

ファーストファッションはホント最近質が悪いです。
昔はバーゲンでもプロパーでも品質は良かったです。しかしこんまりメゾットにハマり捨ててしまい後悔。いやその後悔すら捨てないと先には進めませんよねー🥰
