Well my call today must have prompted this video. From the information that I received from Headset advisor I was able to call Ring Central and after getting transferred to someone in the U.S. they were able to help me download and install the new firmware and update the Yealink phone system adn get my new wireless headset finally working. (That took about an hour.) Tks to all of you at Headset Advisor.

I can't get that USB Connect software website to load to save my life. I have been trying for months and it won't load the website to download the software

Mine is V81 YeaLink and I don't see that on the chart. I go go with V15??

When I put in my phone's IP address on my google browser, I get the message, "This site can’t be reached."
