- So recently I have discovered about this user, LatinAutorPerf, a fraud, who has been stealing contents from other people, mainly small content creators. I am giving my all to help these creators expose this man after years of stealing contents and their rights.

I am encouraging you to fight for your own rights. Don’t let this guy do whatever he pleases.
What’s happening here will happen to the rest of you soon enough. Your content rights can’t be thrown away. A world that allows that must change. And no matter how long it takes, I will stop out this misery and injustice.
What this guy is doing is just wrong, I can't comprehend what makes him think it's okay to do this. UA-cam needs to fix their copyright system it's been happening way too long and needs to stop
I went over to his channel and just reported it. Maybe if a lot of people do that, somebody at youtube will use a braincell to think, "Maybe we should deal with this"
What he has done is appalling and the fact that UA-cam’s copyright system is so weak and lacks proper enforcement doesn’t help matters!

This is crazy. It’s STILL happening. My channel just got hit for this scammer claiming ownership of Stream Beats by Harris Heller, copyright free music. There are 2 year old posts complaining about this person all over twitter. I can’t believe UA-cam is doing nothing about it. It should be grounds for removing their channel.

What happened to the superman thor wrath of the gods video ? The audio cuts out randomly a bunch of times. I assume because of music but still I didn't think removing the music would silence all the audio.
It is still happening. My Undertale speedrun got copyright striked by this guy, and I'm pretty sure he's not associated with Toby Fox at all. The worst thing is that several tracks were claimed, and I'm filling a dispute for each one just as Toby asked us to do.

Hey! I actually just got a claim on one of my videos as well! It was for a game i was finishing off known as RoboCop: Rogue City and the theme song at the end got claimed by the same person.

Somehowe he even copyrighted music that has been in public domain for years, I have copyright claims from him on my classical music arrangements. who gave his this power anyway? how can you copyright music that's in public domain???

The only thing you can do is try to dispute them claim, especially if it’s video game music.

He's still at it. He's claimed to own the copyright to the music of traverse town from the game kingdom hearts. I just uploaded my let's play of it. I'm talking over the music. The video is scheduled meaning it's not even public yet and he does this. I'm a small UA-camr who's only got around 215 subs but I'm fighting this.
