China is the biggest trade-partner of 140 countries and 2nd of the rest.
In GDP PPP it is already the biggest economy.

I beg to differ on one child policy. If unfettered, China population would have exploded to 3 billion easily. They would have their hands full trying to feed extra 1.5 billion people. The current population would not have had the luxury to have a better life if all they had was hand to mouth and every meal a question. So the tradeoff has been a better life, which they had for over 30 years, and still continue to do so. While India has lagged behind 30yrs.
You genuially think getting rid of people will somehow make Country population and economy more prosperous 🤦♂️. You don't understand demographics.
The population is fine. It's not like they have nothing to eat. Infact, you can see them holidaying both local and abroad.
Indian talks and boasts before they achieve anything. Please don't compare yourself with Chinese, they are east Asian a different people, having a different tradition and cultures. Trying to discredit a people won't make one better. You should be humble and learn from the Chinese instead. 😅
China is already biggest economy in PPP GDP. Since US dollar is used widely in Globe, so nominal GDP of US is bigger.
Agreed, seems weird to measure another county's economy based on USD when the US can print as much USD as it wants.

😂😂😂 what did people expect in this analysis … India is a big country and “can” become 3rd largest economy but it won’t because it is India …. Mark my words. China has serious challenges especially since the west is in its cross hairs with protectionism…unless they boost home demand the economy won’t grow as desired.. America will continue to grow as long as the dollar is world reserve currency…Americans buy most of their things on credit that gives a boost to the markets but the rest of the world mostly buys with cash they have… the Chinese for example are not spending but as of end of 2023 had 3Trillion dollars in bank savings …let that sink in…these are just savings for the citizens… they have money to spend but are low on confidence and have a different way of spending compared to the Americans …they don’t buy things they don’t need…
China cannot be world's largest economy. Why? China is a nascent country economically. And china is a unitary rule country. And china labours are aging fast. Labour cost is going up faster.
But robot cost is going down faster lol.😂😂😂It would be better to have a population size which stabilize at around 500 million and have a higher GDP /capita than have a population of 1.6 billion like what India is heading to in a few years.
@@roberts2697 Falling population means they have more elderly people, who don't contribute to economy but consume from it, which means kind of burden on Taxpayers. Robots and Automation are not free. Companies aren't doing charity, seting up factory cost billions of dollars, if very much extended duration of ROI and companies see bare profit they won't invest.
