I have a guy who has now lost about 230 lbs! he sends me an email almost daily thanking me for motivating him and offering extra service for no extra charge. (I allowed him to call me at any time of the hour if he felt the need to go off course) and yes food is addicting. He felt a sense of relief by eating it made him happy. Similar to how a druggie will use drugs to avoid the current, instead of changing it so thats no longer an issue.

I love that she became healthier by saying yes and putting herself out there and feeling good a priority because so often losing weight or becoming healthy means saying no to everything and restricting yourself. Go Shonda!

I love the fact that no actor can play god in Shondaland (Shonda's production company). You cant sign a contract and just decide to leave because you feel like it. Yang left but wasn't killed anyway. If you cant appreciate that, maybe you should STOP watching the show
+Anzy Alanis Lolz Grey's isn't destroyed. Like everyone, I was sad when McDreamy died, but so far, this season has been the best Grey's run in years. The episodes where Alex has to pick which newborn to save and the one with the dinner party are easily top 10 Grey's episodes for the past 6 or 7 years. Shows go through ups and downs, and not many keep the same cast for 12 years. Just how it is.
