The opponent has >1600 games and almost 70% win rate. Still Grubby beats him so casually while explaining things and basically idling with his army when he could be harassing or attacking. It is dazzling to see the difference in skill between a GM and a good player.
I was just going to say the exact samething. You said it better dazzling is the perfect word. 68% is no joke. He got so owned. Its like a Jedi vs a storm trooper. He got force strangled all he did was kill a shop one time while losing raiders. My God man when I watch him it looks easy but...
I think it also is a good demonstration of how knowing *what* to do is very important and maybe even more than all the micro and "outplaying" your opponent. Grubby "simply" (it's imo one of the hardest skills to learn because it's just *a lot* of games played) read his opponents gameplan and played to counter it with what he was going for anyway.
@@Vahe345theres a huge difference pro vs very good player. If u ever were pro in a game u'd understand. As pro ur consistant and everything u do is perfect. This gives u a lead over time. Small things add up.

Thanks a lot for this build! It is so easy to beat the insane AI 1v1 with it :) Finally! I guess what I have been missing in my game is the level 1 harass with FS. The AI (in my case human) pulled all his workers to defend and that put him economically behind . (as much as you can put an Insane behind in economy)
Hey Grubby! i guess because of bronce leage heros i started to play WC3 again (only played ad child, never competitive). today first 2 games with this HH BL build :D so amazing xD first game against HU: won every battle with no chance on the other side, forgot to expand and run out of gold then slowly lost, stupid but i learned something xD. second one clearly won against UD :) amazing build, thanks a lot! :D im so hyped and proud i often purged with shamans, killed watereles and locked down heroes :D

HH bloodlust was my standard build. FS or BM into shadowhunter, HH and shaman w doc for heals and b lust is insane, especially if you reach big bad voodoo. throw in a few grunts raider tauren bat and the odd catapult
Nice 👍 . Question ,how to buy the official game and play it in bnet ,without the remake, cuz I heard that the remake creates bugs and ruins Frozen Throne. Btw do ppl play in bnet or private servers? 🤔
Hi Grubby. Me and my brother regularly watch your games. Got a level to catch up to, hehe. One question. We play a lot 1v1 with my little brother, and eversince he has seen this build he just stick to it. I've tried everything in my knowledge to counter it but there's no way I could do something. Could you recommend a race-build that's good against early Seer harass, zerk + shaman? Thank you. :)
TC is pretty weak until lvl 3, which is why you never see him first and gets power creeped ASAP one of the best scaling / late-game heroes in the game, though
FS harass is preferred because it keeps the game pretty even. TC first can't harass and is a much slower and more resource intensive creeper than FS since you don't have wolves.
Whenever I got orc I go this combo else its all bat or grunt raider. Never try tauren myself cause I always lose playing tauren and the invisible soul link guy.
Spirit Walkers? lol maybe just try to get a third hero and mass Zerks instead? recommend you keep practicing the build against the computer until it becomes second nature. that's what Grubby recommends, along with writing things down. good luck!
@@rinaldi224 oh man. They are such party poopers. Nobody likes Activision business people making video games. Dont they see his name is the cheiftan? That stomp is supposed to mean something

For some reason I hear grubby is more about macro than micro? I’ve watched grubby since his peak years in 4K and what was the most unremarkable “micro” was “the” grubby orc burrow repair
I think the narrative was that he's more known for his tactics, strategy, preparation, and in-game adjustments. It's not that his micro is bad by any means, just that it's not his top skill relative to other pro players
the key is getting as many and as early HH kills as possible, Kotg entangle makes this very easy if they leave the base and if they dont you get a quick expand and outmass them
@@laffecaffelott agree, and for the OP, Nelf is actually Orc's hardest match up. Many ways to beat it. One way is to mass tier 1and expo behind it.
