Herr Wagner, I have just finished my second canoe, fashioned after your example. I want to thank you for your inspiration and excellent videos, which have been so helpful! I have posted some photos of the nearly finished canoe on Facebook and your son has seen them. If he has not shown them to you, I hope he will.
Hello and thanks for the serie is very interesting, please dont stop to make ti's tipe of video because I'm very curios about the cutting of the gore that you don't have recode in the last serie Thank you again
Hi Chuck, sorry for the late answer I did not have acces to my account. I put the building frome on the wooden plate, draw the outline and then I measure and drw the gore lines and then cut gores with a japanese style ryoba saw. Maybe we can make a video about this this year.
I have been enjoying your canoe series since last year and found this new one today--excellent! I would like to know the dimensions of the plywood sheets you are using-length, width and thickness. I am looking to find something similar and get my own project started. You have a wealth of knowledge to share-Thank you!
Hi. By the look of it, you will need 2 sheets of 5mm thick , 120 mm wide, and about 180 mm long plywood . It all depends on how long you want the canoe to be. 👍
Excellent.. fantastic.. awesomeness!!
