OH I just realized! SPOILERS- I thought this was about Tamlin, but it's about Rhys! I listened to this before I knew of the book series, after reading book one, and now 3/4ths through the second book. But it's about Rhys! Hence the "I've been down this road before" and the "please take me", because she doesn't want to be left behind like Tamlin always did. "You watch the world from on your throne, in a kingdom no one know." Velaris. Easy. Is the glitter perhaps the stuff on Starfall? That's a tad bit of a stretch. "You are nothing that I wanted." Well, any lines like that can be summed up by the fact that she REALLY hated Rhys in the first book. Also sorry if I missed more (like things referencing the mating bond that the internet spoiled for me), as I am only 3/4ths of the way through ACOMAF. No spoilers :)

This song is amazing. I’m on Acowar right now and this sums up Feyre so much. It really shows how she was broken and desperate. Her having to push her past relationship and trauma to be with Rhysand. Her emotions when him and understanding him. Seeing the difference between him and Tamlin. Tamlin never gave her a right to opinion. Rhys let her choose. It was always her choice. Her desperation to not be left behind shown in this song. It’s the perfect song for their lovely relationship. It can also connect with some real couples. How much they’d want to stand by the other’s side even though their surroundings might be falling. Thank you Beth for another great masterpiece ♡♡♡

It's so easy to connect with ur songs because they r often about feelings that a lot of people experience and I believe that songs r huge help to most people when we just need something to help pick us up when we r feeling really low. Actually in the first half of the song she sings 'what do I do if you're no good for me but I might be good for you' and in the second part of the song she sings 'what do i do if I'm no good for you but you might be good for me' so it's very much in reverse and I think it gives the song a nice touch since she makes it sort of go full circle and emphasises that they are both perfect for each other and yeah... I love this song and listen to it too often and those two lines just hit really hard😍😍😍
I was just finished the 1st book when I found this song. And when I listened to it, I knew. Even though I hadn't read the other books, my heart knew that this is not about Tamlin, but about my dearest Rhysand 🥰
Since his first appearance at Calanmai my heart went boom boom boom. Especially after the events during Under The Mountain. My heart screamed : "damn girl, just forget Tamlin and marry this guy!" XD

I heard this song before I read the books, but after I had read them I googled to see if there was a song written for ACOTAR... and my GOD. I didnt like this the first time I heard it, but knowing the context.... ohmylord it's so beautiful and so perfectly captures Feyre and Rhys I absolutely love this song it's my favorite one. Seriously I think I listened to this on replay for like 2 weeks after I finished the books. ❤❤❤ so gorgeous, gets more gorgeous every time I hear it.
I was recommended this book by my manager, and got it about a week ago. Finished it the other day and was desperate for more content while I wait for the other books to arrive, but I didn't want spoilers. Then I thought, "Hey, Beth Crowley does a lot of songs that are spoiler free, I wonder if she has made one of this book"
Imagine my surprise when I realize not only had she, but I vividly recalled vibing to this song when it first came out.
Still slaps, but the with the context I now possess I got shivers from relistening.
Can't wait to come back to this after each book I finish reading with renewed appreciation and understanding!
