Really detailed solution..everything went right till the last and most crucial step...in the last step when I clicked "repair MI band", I got the notification to 'wait for 20 secs', 'loading', 'sync started' but even after that there was no connection established. Got a message 'MI band not connected'. What could be the reason for this? I am trying to 're-pair MI Band'. Again no luck. Neither is it syncing with the notify & fitness app nor with the official MI fit app.

Another simple method is to:
1. Unpaid the device from Mi Fit app
2. Go to mobile Bluetooth settings and then unpair the device from there too.
3. Now pair the device using Mi Fit app again and band will be discovered.
