True story - I had never heard of Wilderado before but as I rushed my wife to the hospital to deliver our third son, this song was on the radio. We both looked at each other and were like “this is a good song”. Didn’t think much of it. A few days later we’re leaving the hospital. We pack the new baby in the car, load everything up, and when we turn on the car…this song is playing again. We both thought it was a sign. We’ve been listening to this band ever since and love their vibe. Seeing them in March and can’t wait. Keep doing your thing guys.
Love that story...congrats man! My introduction is not quite that important...walked past my kids playing Fortnite and Head Right was playing in the car they were driving....as long as you get there, right?
That's pretty amazing, congratulations! I heard this song in a Giant Tiger grocery store. I liked it and figured I'd search for it and find out what it was. Would love to go to a Wilderado show.
Wow. That’s amazing brother! Just curious, when was your baby born?!? I have a similar synchronicity: our son was born early on December 7, 2021… We had his first name “Declan” picked out, but not a middle name. My girl suggested some middle name ideas and none resonated with me… and then she randomly threw out “Wilder” 🤔 and 💡 it was set! I had just started listening to these guys with “Head Right” getting played on the local college radio station here in Boone, NC. Honestly, I wouldn’t have gone with that middle name had I not been digging these guys 🎶 so much. Icing on the 🎂-> Declan Wilder just turned 6 months old, and over the weekend he went to his First ever show… to see… WILDERADO 💥 🙌🏻 We Got to meet Max and chat with him before and after the show. Such a great guy. They all deserve the success and recognition coming their way. 🚀
@@Golden_Age_Of_Sound That’s an incredible story. Our little guy was 9/1/2021. Hasn’t had the fortune to see them yet but we caught them when they came to Philly. Amazing show and great to see them getting the props they deserve.
YES! I got such a nostalgic feeling listening to it when I heard it for the first time!! And every time after that. Not sure why but it's such a nice feeling jammin' to this. Good vibes
The song in combination with the music video makes me think bout how everyone is just living their own lives and experiences at the same time. Everyone is a main character in their world and we never know what they're going through.
After watching this I wondered what the heck was that all about...but then after thinking about it...I got exactly the same take on it. I love it and watched it again❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️....love the different characters!!!!
First off... favorite song of 2020. When do I begin... I guess in order. There's a lot going on in this video to interpret but also could be like the lyrics, the setting sun gonna set on me. Right from the start, she's going on a smoke break only to have a customer come in right as she lights up. Already can tell she's stressed but it's not crazy busy so it's more than just work. Checks in on a close group of buddies who give pleasantries and the cook is refilling coffee and chatting with them for a sec. She is given an order and something is bugging her, stress, a manic day at work before now, wearing a smile all day...can only guess. Delivers it to a man who deliberately sits away from everyone near one of the entrances/exits. Checks on a couple with hands embraced seemingly deeply in love. A younger couple comes in, the man goes to use the restroom and the woman checks her phone. She's VERY guarded and yanks back the phone when approached. Her face says it all as the camera moves on. The friends continue to talk as one over uses sauce and the cook closes the door, maybe getting close to closing? The man comes back from the bathroom and the woman turns her phone screen away from him and pulls it to her side. Obviously she's doing something she's ashamed of and wants to hide it. Cheating? Embarrassing Google search, can only guess again. Checks on the older couple leaving, the woman lays a check on top of the napkins as the man helps her with her purse and up and gets a kiss. The waitress looks like she's actually enjoying the conversation with the guy away away from everyone as the couple leaves and they wave at each other. Her stress seems to be waning after talking to the guy as she goes to get the dishes off the table and sees the check. It seems to be a larger amount than she's used to. She even takes a few steps back and holds her hand on her side. She looks longingly out the windows. ---------- My take, it's life. Things happen you don't expect, don't want, in a job to get by, and sometimes you can still connect with someone and have good unexpected things happen to you. This is life for almost everyone. There's a heavy emphasis on relationships too. The cook and waitress are almost seamless together. The group of friends hanging out and sharing a meal together. The guy who sits away from everyone to maybe get more talking time with her and she seems to really like him, flirtatious and everything. The old couple truly in love and dedicated. The young couple with the woman hiding her phone that might be cheating. The old couple's gift to the waitress might've been they care for her like a daughter or may have never had a child. A lot to think about but to me I get the feeling of don't let the stress of life get in the way of the good things that come up. The lyrics are talking about time, setting sun, and I just feel like it's a song about life. Just try to find the good when you can. Lastly, a shout-out to the director who does a one shot of this whole video with no edits. Love that!

Heard this song first time while driving away from the house i grew up in late at night and for the last time. After the virus took my pops my mom couldn’t take it anymore, sold the house, and dipped to texas. It definitely strikes some chords in me, it’s painfully beautiful.

Such a great throwback song, sounds like it's from the 60's to me. The question I have at the end of this video, do you think they left her a large tip, small tip or no tip at all? :)
Struck me that she got the type of significant tip that helps one get their lives back on track, financially. Though those who are truly selfless seek no reward for their selflessness, recognition every now and again works to keep such a rare individual from concluding that they are on an alien plane. Logically speaking: • video documents numerous interactions of the waitress putting the needs of her customers (which seem to be regulars that come in most likely due to her loving attention to them and their needs) before her own. • when outside of customer view the waitress expresses clear signs of personal distress stemming from issues outside of her workplace. • older couple, having lived long enough to understand a bit of this realm, recognizes the waitresses seldom witnessed genuine selflessness, and know that such rare cases have it tough in this realm (financially) and…yeah….you got it.

Soy un guardia en frente de la guerra
A yellow soldier on a dead mine
Un soldado amarillo en una bomba muerta
Listen, lover, won't you call me?
Oye amor porque no me marques?
I'm a sucker for some harmony
Me encanta la harmonia
Oh my, oh my
Vaya vaya
Surefire, yeah, the setting sun is
going to set on me
Seguramente se me acaba mis oportunidades
Oh my, oh my
Surefire, yeah, the setting sun wants company
Seguramente el sol que se baja quiere compañia
When do I begin?
Donde comienzo?
When do I begin to end?
Donde comienzo terminar?
...
When do I begin?
When do I begin to end?
Oh my, oh my
Surefire, yeah, the setting sun is going to set on me
Oh my, oh my
Surefire, yeah, the setting sun wants company
