Laura, this is really important for your kids safety: I know gabby has been taught to lead from the left, but when Kyle was riding, Gabby was leading at the wall, trapped in between Stella and the wall. If Stella were to spook, Gabby could of been crushed! So I recommend leading from the other side next time, or not as close to the wall. Happy Easter!! 🌻
Sensible idea, I always lead from the side that's safest. If there's a spooky thing on my right I'll lead from that side, just in case my pony shies away from it. I don't want to be squashed! Safety is really important around horses and I think awareness of it perhaps grows with experience...

ahah i wish my parents bought me horsey stuff for easter! i dont eat chocolate so they gave me some body wash which is cheaper than the show halter i want😂 but they also agreed to pay for my next comp entry so i am not complaining😂😂

I can't say how much I love this channel, it's always so nice knowing I can come home to a DayByDay video. I do want to quickly say to all the haters who have commented something spiteful and nasty that these girls have worked so hard for everything they have got, Laura and Sam have probably worked there whole life just trying to make sure Gabby and Sophie have everything they need, so they can do whatever the heck they wanna do with the hard earned money they have. I also wanna say that in many videos u hear the girls say "I've got the money" so they actually have paid for the majority of things they own so yes they do deserve a thing from there parents here and there. If u could afford to get ur kids or if ur parents could afford to buy nice things then u would, don't judge this family if urs is different we are all raised different. Keep doing what ur doing.

I think the teal would look great on Fin. For the soda stream you fill the bottle with water and then put it in the soda stream thing then push the button for 3 seconds the pull it up to let the air come out and do that 10 times, then poor it into a cup and add the flavouring.

How wonderful that you had your family together for Easter and that they got to have fun with your horses (and chickens). Yes, train them young lol and you know where they’re going to want to be spending their holidays when they’re a little older.....with you on your farm 😊 It’s amazing how giving and tolerant horses are and they seemed to love all the extra attention and no doubt treats 👍

DayByDay Vlogs Lovely, every child should be brought up around animals, teaches them so much. I used to take two of my nephews to ride when they were around Brooklynn’s age, they always had such fun on the pony and playing in the hay barn and on the tractor. They even wanted to ride my 17.3hh horse 😂

Spending time with family is the best because you can reconnect and meet up, with people you haven't seen in a while. Easter is not just about gifts but spending time with family which I find the best. Happy easter.

Stella just loves being a pet. She loves making people happy by taking them on little walks instead of schooling and doing dressage or jumping! Some horses just prefer these things, you’ve certainly found Stella’s calling Laura! X

My Easter weekend was filled with working at a big horse show in California (never been there before so that was cool!). Showing my new American Saddlebred 3 year old gelding Faraway Storm Cat (aka Stormy) for his first time. Blue 1st place ribbons and chocolates upon chocolates!!! Then the 18 hour drive back!

Your grandchildren are so cute. I have two nephews who are 6 and almost 8 years old and when ever they come to my house they like to help with the horses by leading them and feeding the horse. They also like to ride the horse. There mom has a horse and they have been riding horses since before they could walk.

oh my god i just had an ad for sodastream and you guys just got it!
You guys are so much nicer than me. I give lessons to my one friend. She was on the lunge line and said no cantering. I said ok and let her trot and warm up and stuff. I said hold on very tight. I asked her if she was ready, she said maybe, what are we doing? I said cantering, then proceeded to ask Tad (the horse) to canter. Let’s just say now, she loves cantering! The moral of this little story is, you guys are like “if you don’t want to you don’t have to...” and you’re so nice. I’m like “get ready...we’re doing whatever you said you didn’t want to do...”
*please note it was safe and not once did anything seem like it would go wrong*
