Fourteen members of a small, extreme religious group called The Saints have been found guilty of the manslaughter of eight-year-old Queensland girl Elizabeth Struhs.
Among the 14 are Elizabeth's parents, who made the catastrophic decision to stop giving her life-saving medication.
