Purchase Apple Wireless Battery Pack - amzn.to/3nCSRdC
I got one but after two days it didn’t work and it is not Apple I got it from a place I don’t remember how it was called
This thing kept my phone charged literally all day until around 8 o’clock without getting hot and my phone was at 90%. I’m happy with that it’s more of a battery saver instead of a battery charger
It does not affect battery health?
We don’t give a damn about battery health
@@wesleybinion7315 who is we?
Which iPhone do you have?
@@emainz1 14 pro max
Very informative. Watching from Philippines
Thanks!
Your video was helpful thank you
No problem glad to help!
I think you have to see it as a battery extender as apposed to a battery charger
I observed to avoid heat once battery goes 80percent slap it on to avoid warm feels which is normal for magsafe i think?
Tried it and seemless maybe because i have 13mini
Slap it before ur phone reaches 80percent and leave it on a busy day
Not meant to recharge from 30 % or lower as it takes time
Its battery pack not battery charger
Its like trickle charging
how long do i charge the wireless battery pack??
after update it charges at 7.5w, for my iphone 14pro it charges from 40% to 96%
Thank you for this video 😊
No problem
I h be just recently got one & they are very handy. They stick to your iPhone with an amazing grip 👍
Yeah pretty useful
Hey great video… just wondering when my battery pack in not in use the it goes dead after a few hours. Is this right? Tia
I don’t think so. If it’s not in use it shouldn’t die much at all
How long do they charge until they are done and how to add the apple mega safe battery pack, to your phone
I am not sure of the exact numbers anymore. Adding it is just as simple as lining it up in the back and the magnets will stick.
2:14 Is the amber light supposed to stay lit when charging or does it turns off then turns green when fully charged?
Turns green when charged amber light when charging but the amber doesn’t stay on
if you have any problem in device magnet when you put battary pack on the phone what are you doing in this situation ?
First ensure your iPhone is one that supports MagSafe and if it does and the magnet isn’t working, contact Apple as it seems like a defect
Hello,, Could it be good when you're charging the battery pack while you are charging?
Yeah it works that way too but I wouldn't use it that way regularly. If you just leave it charging all the time it could decrease the lifespan of the wireless battery charger quicker.
2:43 you didn’t put video below to show how to put widget
Just got my magsafe battery pack yesterday and I'm not sure if the LED indicators are working normally. When I plug it into the wall with a 20W apple charger the light turns amber for a few seconds and then turns off. The light does not turn green when the battery pack reaches 100% and is still plugged into the wall. The only way I can see if it's fully charged or not is to actually put it on my phone. Then the LED indicator will turn green for a few seconds before turning off again. So, the pack charges but I'm not sure if there's an LED issue or if this is normal behavior. Thanks for any input!
I haven’t used mine in a long time so not sure if they changed any of the led lights or how it functions. Is it a genuine apple product or could it be a knock off?
My one which is official does that
@@danielmladenov4497 any way to fix? i just got mine, seems like the same issue, when i plug it in to charge the amber light only turns on for a few seconds then off?
Would this battery pack be an option if I’m out and about using my phone and it drops to 50%, connect the magsafe power bank and keep going about my day?
Or is it better to have it connected when the phone is 100% and then take it of?
I’d say your way is more convenient and how I use it.
@@DHTV I know the Apple battery pack has less capacity that other third party options, but I just want something small to extend/charge my phone when I'm out and about and realize that I will not be close to charger for a while.
When I only use LTE, the magsafe battery will keep the iPhone battery level steady. It will not charge the battery but it prevents battery drain.
I think that's the point of the battery pack. It's a battery extender, not an external battery pack meant to recharge your phone.
What happen if i buy powerbank do you think it safe with iphone 13 pro max is not going to over heat
I mean it depends if it’s a reputable brand. I haven’t had any issues and use power banks.
I understand the pack is fully charges when the light is green.. how do I check it.. because plug-in the charge cable you will see an orange color.. but turns off after several seconds
Check the percentage? Just connect it to your phone and then add the battery widget to your Home Screen. It will show the percentage.
@@DHTV ok but i cant check it without add to my phone..?
@@ras_al_ghul_x2055 no
@@DHTVfor me it doesn’t show up in the battery widget. Mostly just for a second and then it disappears
How log dose it take to charge by it self😊
Not 100% sure I haven’t checked.
I can’t find a link on how to add Wedges
I think you mean widgets, here is the video ua-cam.com/video/RAJ9rfxGuh8/v-deo.html
Where to get the piece to put on the phone
I just pinned the link to the first comment of the video.
Im curious, I bought one of 10.000mAh but it came oddly thick (2.5pm thick), the seller said it was because it’s 10.000mAh instead of 5.000mAh and I’m concerned I wasted my
Money. It charges, however it doesn’t show on my battery widgets and I have not idea the battery status of it. Any advice ?
Is it a real apple product or knock off
@@DHTV bought it from a “authorized “ Apple Store, not sure if it’s authentic tho
Should be if it’s authorized, maybe cm go back and see if they can explain it.
If its charging does the light get off or will stay?
Light turns off after a bit I think.
Your best bet is to charge phone when it’s low as 10-15% because it takes lot more energy to charge from 80% to reach 100% vs 15% . So you will get more charge to say 50-60% vs just 20%
Does this work on 11 Pro Max?
Yes
How can I put the widget with battery pack in display 🤔
What do you mean?
@@DHTV 2:31
how to add that widget showing the power %
It would be the battery widget
Will it work on my iphone xs ?
It won’t stick magnetically but will wirelessly charge if laying on a table. If you buy a case made for the iPhone XS with MagSafe buit in, it may work
You have to charge it on your phone with the case on it?
No you charge it on the phone or on its own.
It’s meant to transfer battery back-and-forth. It’s a smart charger. A lot of people mix those up with battery banks. This basically gives you a sufficient amount of battery for the day and transfers juice back-and-forth. 9:34
That sounds odd. Why would you want your phone to charge the battery pack. I don’t think this is right. It’s a basic battery pack with MagSafe from what I know.
@@DHTV by back and forth he meant, when u use ur phone it doesnt charge much at all but when the screen is off it charges.
Hi
Will it work on my iPhone 11?
It will work as a standard wireless charger but the iPhone 11 doesn’t have MagSafe so the magnetic effect won’t work.
Does this work with the xsmax ?
It won’t stick with the magnets but it will wirelessly charge.
When cable connect to MagSafe battery, then phone is charging.when not connect cable to MagSafe battery then not charging. Why?
Maybe the MagSafe charger needs to be charged. If it’s dead it won’t charge.
@@DHTV full charged. WHEN magsafe connected cable, showing on the phone widget full charged. But seperate not charging
Seems like something is wrong. Not sure what the issue is
@@DHTV have different types of Original MagSafe? Or only 1460 mA?
I mean 5000 mA is original or not?
Can it charge iPhone XS Max?
Not fully
Do I need a mag safe case?
If your iPhone doesn’t have MagSafe built in (older iPhones) then a MagSafe case would be needed. If you have a fairly new iPhone then it should work without the case.
@@DHTV my iPhone is the 14 plus
I cant imagine how those battery packs are fragile like that.
Yep I am a bit shocked by Apple on this one.
Does it work on 11 pro max?
It would work as a charger but doesn’t stick
Why it does not appears on my widget?
Won’t appear if it’s dead. Try removing it and connecting it back.
@@DHTV is not dead, is charging normally but without the widget and Mia animation.
What it may cause it??
Is this work for iphone 11
It would work if you had a special MagSafe case but the magnets for MagSafe are only in the iPhone 12 or later.
I like apple cider
Me too
@@DHTV NO YOU DO NOT! You are a liar.
It doesn’t work out for me????
Appreciate the video as I recently got one. But, you gotta fight the urge of biting those nails and hangnails, bro 😫
I know, trust me I beat myself up enough about it. Better then drugs, alcohol etc but it’s a tough habit to break especially with stress.
If I would have seen this review I would not have bought it
I am using it a lot more now then I did when I first bought it. It’s good in a pinch and if you have it connected to the charger while you use your iPhone, anytime you go out just slap it on and your good to go. Not for everyone though for sure.
I shouldn’t have bought this sincerely
lol. seems so dumb to buy this. u can’t even get a full charge from it? 75 percent?? wtf
Yep makes no sense when Amazon has much cheaper ones that do better
24 hours talking😅😅😅
„There are a lot of other companies providing better quality products…” Another guy which didn’t understand how this works and why this battery pack exists. The ignorance is huge. Hint: mAH is not everything, avoiding overheating of the battery is important, not charging your battery to 100% all the time is also important. Do your homework
I did, did you look at the other options?
