རྗེ་གསུམ་ལྡན་གྱི་བླ་མ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། སྐྱབས་གནས་ཡིན་པ་མ་ཤེས་ནས། དད་འདུན་མོས་གུས་ཆུང་བ་དེ། མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
Not knowing the thrice endowed precious lama to be the true refuge, I have weak faith and devotion - to the mother emanation I confess and repent.
འདི་ཕྱིའི་བདེ་ལེགས་ཇི་སྙེད་པ། རྩ་བའི་བླ་མར་འབྱུང་བ་མ་ཤེས་ནས། དངོས་གྲུབ་གཞན་དུ་བཙལ་བ་དེ། མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
Not knowing that all happiness in this and every life comes from the Root Lama, I search accomplishment elsewhere - to the mother emanation I confess and repent.
རང་སེམས་རྩ་བ་ཆོད་པ་དེ། ཆོས་སྐུ་ཡིན་པ་མ་ཤེས་ནས། སངས་རྒྱས་གཞན་དུ་བཙལ་བ་དེ། མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
Not knowing that the root of my mind is not separate from the Dharmakaya, I search for Buddha elsewhere - to the mother emanation I confess and repent.
རྣམ་རྟོག་རང་སར་གྲོལ་བ་དེ། སྐྱེ་མེད་ཡིན་པ་མ་ཤེས་ནས། གཉེན་པོ་གཞན་དུ་བཙལ་བ་དེ། མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
Not knowing that self liberating though has no birth, I search for remedies elsewhere - to the mother emanation I confess and repent.
རང་སེམས་ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ་ལས། དགོས་འདོད་འབྱུང་བ་མ་ཤེས་ནས། འབད་རྩོལ་གཞན་དུ་བྱས་པ་དེ། མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
Not knowing that all my needs and hopes arise from my wish-fulfilling mind, I put effort into other activities- to the mother emanation I confess and repent.
ང་བདག་རྩ་བ་ཆོད་པ་དེ། ཉམས་ལེན་ཡིན་པ་མ་ཤེས་ནས། ལྷ་འདྲེ་གཞན་དུ་བཙལ་བ་དེ། མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
Not knowing that all practice is to cut the root of self clinging, I look to gods and demons outside - to the mother emanation I confess and repent.
ཁམས་གསུམ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་དེ། ཕ་མ་ཡིན་པ་མ་ཤེས་ནས། གཞན་ལ་གནོད་པ་བསྐྱལ་བ་དེ། མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
Not knowing at all beings of the three realms are parents, I inflict harm upon others - to the mother emanation I confess and repent.
བརྩེ་གདུང་ལྡན་པའི་ཆོས་གྲོགས་དེ། དཔའ་བོ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཡིན་པ་མ་ཤེས་ནས། རུ་ང་ཕྲག་དོག་སྐྱེས་པ་དེ། མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
Not knowing my loving and affectionate dharma friends to be Dakas and Dakinis, I give rise to anger and jealousy - to the mother emanation I confess and repent.
གདམས་པ་བདུད་ཀྱི་བཅོད་ཡུལ་དེ། སྣོད་ངན་ཡོད་པ་མ་ཤེས་ནས། རྒྱལ་ཁམས་ཡོངས་ལ་སྤེལ་བ་དེ། མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
Not knowing the secret pith instructions are not to be shared with unsuitable recipients, I spread them all around - to the mother emanation I confess and repent.
ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་རྣམ་དག་དྲི་མེད་དེ། ཐར་ལམ་བགྲོད་པ་མ་ཤེས་ནས། འཆལ་བའི་མངོན་ལྐོག་ཤོར་བ་དེ། མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
Not knowing that pure stainless moral conduct is the path to liberation, I am immoral and duplicitous - to the mother emanation I confess and repent.
དངོས་འབྱོར་ཡིད་སྤྲུལ་མཆོད་པ་དེ། ཚོགས་གཉིས་རྫོགས་པ་མ་ཤེས་ནས། རློམ་སེམས་སེར་སྣ་བྱས་པ་དེ། མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
Not knowing that real and imaginary offerings perfect the two accumulations, I am miserly and stingy - to the mother emanation I confess and repent.
ཟབ་མོ་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་ཚོགས་གྲལ་དེ། གསང་གནས་ཡིན་པ་མ་ཤེས་ནས། ཉམས་གྲིབས་ཅན་དང་འདྲེས་པ་དེ། མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
Not knowing the profound ganachakra of the dakinis is to be kept secret, I mix with those of broken Samaya - to the mother emanation I confess and repent.
ཞལ་ཟས་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དེ། དངོས་གྲུབ་ཡིན་པ་མ་ཤེས་ནས། ལོག་ལྟག་ཅན་ལ་སྤེལ་བ་དེ། མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
Not knowing the ganachakra substances to be accomplishment, I share them with those with perverted views - to the mother emanation I confess and repent
ལུས་ཆགས་མེད་སྦྱིན་པ་གཏོང་བ་དེ། སྒྲིབ་གཉིས་བྱང་བ་མ་ཤེས་ནས། ལུས་ལ་གཅེས་འཛིན་བྱས་པ་དེ། མ་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་ལ་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས།
Not knowing to give away this body without attachment purifies the two obscurations, I cherish and cling to it - to the mother emanation I confess and repent
མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས་སོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ། གནོང་ངོ་འགྱོད་དོ་གཅོད་ཡུལ་བརྒྱུད་པ་རྣམས། དག་ཚངས་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་བསྩོལ། ལམ་སྣ་མ་ནོར་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་སུ་དྲོངས། མི་ལྡོག་བདེ་ཆེན་ས་ལ་འགོད་གྱུར་ཅིག།
I confess and repent to the Wisdom Dakini, to all the Severance lineages with sorrow and regret. Grant me Siddhi of pure body, speech and mind. Lead me to path of the unmistaken
Dharma-expanse, the non-returning state of Great Bliss.
