I have been sewing for years, but ever since I started watching your channel I have started to notice my cutting has become more precise. It happened unconsciously but I couldn’t be happier with the result.

The fabrics are so robust. It’s almost impossible to find fabric like that here in Australia 🇦🇺 The sound of cutting material on the table is scrumptious and your beautiful work is soo relaxing to watch. 😍

Mutsu , I love the color combination and the design. I used to have a “wraparound” skirt in the 70’s made that way but MUCH simpler design. These pants are just soooo beautiful! Hi Yusuke! I love watching your videos! Like others I find watching you work patiently and quietly is very soothing and inspiring. These remind me of monpe farmer pants but instead of two side openings , there is one at the back. Your stitching is so accurate and has led me to do hand appliqué using your technique on komebukuro. I will like to make pants for myself inspired by your work. The fabric looks similar weight to linen. I’m wondering if I could make some with Japanese yarn dyes and get that slightly rustic look achieved by your fabrics. The colours you used together are gorgeous! You are a true artist as well as master tailor. Kathy in Canada.

Доброго времени суток ,мастер MUTZU ! Каждая Ваша работа вызывает восхищение и уважение ! Особенно работа с иглой ! Я с давних пор шила и шью апликации --цветы и детских персонажей-клоунов, зверюшек, животных и прочих, но в основном на машине.А в ручную начинаю пришивать также как Вы справа налево, но только сверху деталей.Сегодня пробовала прошить снизу как Вы , но увы, швы неровные да и детали смещаются. Наверное только Вы можете шить так ровно и аккуратно начиная работу снизу детали. Желаю Вам и Вашим близким крепкого здоровья и творческих успехов !

Really hard to find a good pattern for these pants but some times mapo or mopo there is a book on weaving Japanese garment and there is one in there what I really like is they are excellent for bicycles riders why better then spandex specially if linen or silk thanks for the video a true craftsman

I see you only cut using the middle of the scissor blades. Does this keep the tips sharp for clipping the edges to fold and press later?

Beautifully detailed and crafted. But I imagine it would be very inconvenient to use in a public toilet, for a person of any gender.
It is much easier than you think when you get used to it! Similar to regular sweat pants.
