Hey Janice! While we didn't film every drill in our library (100+ drills!) with every age group, we use experts from the NBA to determine what age groups a drill is applicable for. At the end of the day -- you know your team best so if some of these are too advanced that's OK! There are more drills for free in the MOJO app that you can try, too. Also -- in the MOJO app for each drill we provide details on what is likely to go right and wrong with different age groups doing each drill, as well as how to make it easier.
