I went within a week from 2 bottles of (2 pints) of vodka most days down to a glass of wine. I went out for works Xmas meal the other night and had 2 glasses of wine. I get to a point where I feel FULL and switch to soft drinks. I’ve not had a drink for 3 days. I don’t stress on this method cuz I know I can drink if I get the urge. As long as I put my crash helmet on first (naltrexone)
It's been my first week on naltrexone, and I'm so glad I've found it. Finally, for once in a long time I feel more in control of liquor, then liquor being in control of me. I've greatly reduced my drinking immediately.
As I've worked through my own struggles with addiction, I've always thought about how intimidating it is to tell an alcoholic that he may NEVER drink again. Ever. And when people DO relapse, they feel worse about themselves because they weren't able to live up to this unachievable and unrealistic ideal.
I started TSM today I’m drinking but not as fast as I normally do no big gulps. I’m sat comfortably with my glass next to me I don’t feel the urge to knock it back fast weird

I wish my brother who died from suicide - through pills and alcohol - could have met this man. Sadly, he lost hope quite early in his life.

What a pity. Ria Health only for the US. The Netherlands still living in the stone age. Here all the standard methods that fail heavily.
Funny was thinking , Now that I've stopped I can get the help I need 😋
Blah, blah, blah
