No they ask basic questions like you name, date birth, address doctors, any other benefits you’re in receipt off currently, any savings, who you live with, if you need the form in brail/large print. It’s actually pretty straightforward, it took me weeks to get the courage to actually call just for a form because my
anxiety brain was so worried about talking to someone over the phone and not knowing what to expect, I finally got the courage and did it and it was a sy of relief as she didn’t go into any detail about my condition, I remember telling her about I have mental health problems but she didn’t ask anything about details of my condition. Hope this helps 💙
