Now should be the perfect time to long line jigs. Fish are transitioning from main lake to creeks to spawn. I’d find a big creek off the main lake, work 1/2 back into it while watching your graph until you find them and then run your jigs

In this video at that particular time it was just heating up for crappie spawn, the fish where moving into the backs of big creek to prepare to spawn. I was long lining crappie jigs 60’ out of the back of my boat and troll them at 1 mph in the middle of the creek. Second tactic was finding them back of creeks on laydown Fallen submerged trees, stay back 20’ because water is clear and fish will spook, toss jigs and minnows at them. My fish finders play a big part in this
