My mom gave us this once a month 1 tablespoonful warmed and a shot glass of orange juice after, and if we complained anytime about a stomach or not feeling well, we would get the same. I hated it at the time, but thinking back, we never got sick. I'm 63 now, and my mom lived to ge 91 and her mother lived to be 96.😊

My grandmother give my mom castor oil when she was a kid for constipation.
And I double cleanse my face with a homemade oil cleansing mixture of Organic Csstor Oil, Organic Neem Oil, Argan Oil and Jojoba oil. Measurements are Equal parts of Castor & Neem oil ( 2 T) 4 T Argan Oil (or Rosehip oil - for Anti Aging Properties). Add 1/4 cup Jojoba oil to make 3/4 cup of oil cleanser.
To use: Makev sure you have a face wash cloth ready to use. Apply to entire face evenly. Saturate the wash cloth very warm water (don't burn yourself). Ring out most of the water then the warm cloth on your face. Wait a few minutes until the wash cloth starts to cool. Warm the cloth again, ring out the excess water was wipe off the oil. Be gentle around your eyes.
When all of the oil is removed, cleanse with your favorite cleanser.
    I hope this helps someone.

Today is April 13, 2024. I had no idea so many of you were asking about my results with using castor oil internally! I loved the effects.❤❤ I had an effective cleanse and I continue to use it as needed. I also found the oil to be very effective when being used through the umbilicus. I put it in my belly button, massage it around the area and cover it with a piece of organic cotton if I wear it to bed to avoid staining my nightgown. If I'm not going to bed, I just massage it in real well and go about my business. It works fairly quickly, and very efficiently.❤ I appreciate all of you that asked how I was doing; especially those that were kind and genuinely wanted to know the results. As for those that "joked" that I may be dead or had fallen out or whatever, y'all need to try some castor oil, it helps cleanse out negative emotions too! 🤣😆👍

THE BEST TIP on how to drink castor oil without the hassle of getting nausea upon swallowing is:
Drink a sip of water and KEEP IT IN YOUR MOUTH while getting the spoonful of oil.
At this point you'll swallow the oil with the water and I can guarantee that you won't feel the taste of the oil AT ALL! 😉

@@Roseannar The best routine is to take it for a week straight, a spoon (not too full) at night before bed on an empty stomach. The next morning you'll go to the bathroom quite soon so you can keep following your schedule easily without interruptions. This is one of the best gestures we can do to take care of our body.
This routine should be repeated twice a year for best results and be careful to use castor oil for internal consumption, not the cosmetic kind, some people tend to think they can drink the cosmetic one or they make the same mistakes with essential oils while there are three kinds and uses: food grade, cosmetic and aromatherapy.

I began to use it again and when I tell you the pigmentation on my cheeks started to DISAPPEAR!!! I also have dark raccoon eyes that I could not for the like of me get rid of with chemical peels, retinol etc. I noticed my eye area under and above started looking like old dry leather, it was ugly!!! But guess what it's the castor oil removing my old skin!!! It still has some move healing to do but I have never seen results like this. It does take longer but I never thought my skin could look good again. I have lupus and was getting rashes but this castor oil is working like magic. My pores are smaller too and the wringle line by mybcheecks are GONE!! !! I wish I could post a picture to show my before and after. My eyes are getting better I just wear shades until this heals. First morning was the most productive so I will do that once per week. Castor oil that I bought on Amazon, I am using on body for age spots and sun damage (my shoulders). After one week, results are very promising! Shoulders- visibly diminished. For the right leg, I apply w/soft massage and left leg, massaging more diligently concentrating on big brown spots I have there. After a week, I see a huge difference btw skin of both legs and how dark big spots diminish on the left leg! I am absolutely going to continue castor oil treatments and start taking internally! I take two tablets spoons of castor oil before my cycle and after my cycle (periods)
I too , do the same I put castor all around tummy organs as well as the liver , kidneys and spleen. And in belly button. I also used it in my hair on my eyelashes and my nail cuticles, and I make a eye mask with castor oil.
You can use castor oil in your eyes, if your vision is poor it will heal that also ,but only do it at night cause you need to rub the castor oil like eyeliner so so your vision will be a blur. Once you done everything else before you sleep that what I do last . I just keep a little blue drop glass bottle beside the bed .
And glass of lime and lime water if I wake up feeling thirsty.
I've been doing it for many years. You also can soak your feet in it too as it pulls out toxins from the feet. You make little booties.
And sometimes I use has a head to toe lymphatic system with dried brushing to get the blood flowing and fat cells moving .
But anyone who is pregnant MUST NOT USE .
    I enjoyed your videos.

I ingested castor oil some yrs ago, and it dropped me to the ground with the worst cramps ever... I do though agree for the castor oil topically. Why it works is it gets the lymph system moving...The lymph is a highway of its own veins right below the. Skin. I would even sleep with it on my tummy...This is magic in a bottle.

9/27/24: As a child, my mother would line me & my 2 siblings up and dole out a teaspoon of castor oil followed by teaspoon of sugar. We were rarely sick and I recall only getting chicken pox, never colds or anything else.

I heard you and other people say you use it for hair growth as well, does hair grow when you apply it to your belly. I want to use it for my face and stomach but I’m afraid hair will grow in the places I apply the Castro oil

Use a dropper to apply it to your scalp, a few hours, or overnight before your hair wash.

I've never heard of hair growing where it doesn't normally grow. It does something to stimulate follicles and unclog and rejuvenate. Not sure how it all works, but it tends to enhance hair growth where hair already grows. People have said it helps eyelashes, eyebrows and around the hairline, stimulating new growth. Don't need any help w/ the last one, around the hairline, as I usually have these pesky wisps always growing in. I suppose it's better than the alternative, to be thinning, but it makes my hair stick up, and I already have a prominent cowlick.

First time seeing this. What r some of the benifits of ingesting it. Ive had stomach issues for a yr now and tried everything. I was in hospitals yr in half ago and the medications they given me during the duration that time ravished and damaged my stomach n esophagus. They r constantly sore and im tired of more medications to fix the issue. Will this work for that?
