Today is April 13, 2024. I had no idea so many of you were asking about my results with using castor oil internally! I loved the effects.❤❤ I had an effective cleanse and I continue to use it as needed. I also found the oil to be very effective when being used through the umbilicus. I put it in my belly button, massage it around the area and cover it with a piece of organic cotton if I wear it to bed to avoid staining my nightgown. If I'm not going to bed, I just massage it in real well and go about my business. It works fairly quickly, and very efficiently.❤ I appreciate all of you that asked how I was doing; especially those that were kind and genuinely wanted to know the results. 💎Remember to get Food Grade for Internal Use because some say external use only. Start with a teaspoon until you understand how fast your body will digest it. 💎I put a 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Castor Oil in my coffee with 1/8th of clove powder, lemon juice and honey. By the time I get half way through the 8-10 ounce cup,it starts working. Not to nasty, makes your lips oily 😂 at least once a month. (Good luck)
I take two tablets spoons of castor oil before my cycle and after my cycle (periods) I too , do the same I put castor all around tummy organs as well as the liver , kidneys and spleen. And in belly button. I also used it in my hair on my eyelashes and my nail cuticles, and I make a eye mask with castor oil. You can use castor oil in your eyes, if your vision is poor it will heal that also ,but only do it at night cause you need to rub the castor oil like eyeliner so so your vision will be a blur. Once you done everything else before you sleep that what I do last . I just keep a little blue drop glass bottle beside the bed . And glass of lime and lime water if I wake up feeling thirsty. I've been doing it for many years. You also can soak your feet in it too as it pulls out toxins from the feet. You make little booties. And sometimes I use has a head to toe lymphatic system with dried brushing to get the blood flowing and fat cells moving . But anyone who is pregnant MUST NOT USE . I enjoyed your videos.

I ingested castor oil some yrs ago, and it dropped me to the ground with the worst cramps ever... I do though agree for the castor oil topically. Why it works is it gets the lymph system moving...The lymph is a highway of its own veins right below the. Skin. I would even sleep with it on my tummy...This is magic in a bottle.
I use Heritage Store castor oil. I looked into it first and found it's safe to take internally. I took it for the first time internally today. I put 3 1/2 tablespoons in a glass of freshly juiced pineapple and orange juice. It was greasy, but I couldn't taste the oil at all.❤

@@aeriii4681 Many say that rubbing it liberally on their belly is enough to make them extra regular, or help make them regular if they aren't. To enhance this effect, they say be laying on your back and pour a pool of it in your navel and let it sit awhile. Rub it in a bit later. They say to usually drape something on your belly after just so the oil doesn't stain sheets or bed clothes when you're using it liberally. You can look up other videos on it, but most don't drink to get the results.
Everyone should find out the suitable frequency of swallowing castor oil for himself: once or twice the month; once; twice or thride the week; or (why not?) daily. This one will concern the dosage too: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) or 1 teaspoon (5 ml) castor oil.

Don't use during your period or it can make it last longer. I start using mine a day or so after my period is over to get rid of any lingering blood from my cycle though. Castor is very good for circulation and a healthy period.

I heard you and other people say you use it for hair growth as well, does hair grow when you apply it to your belly. I want to use it for my face and stomach but I’m afraid hair will grow in the places I apply the Castro oil
I've never heard of hair growing where it doesn't normally grow. It does something to stimulate follicles and unclog and rejuvenate. Not sure how it all works, but it tends to enhance hair growth where hair already grows. People have said it helps eyelashes, eyebrows and around the hairline, stimulating new growth. Don't need any help w/ the last one, around the hairline, as I usually have these pesky wisps always growing in. I suppose it's better than the alternative, to be thinning, but it makes my hair stick up, and I already have a prominent cowlick.

One tablespoon “down the hatch” (while we pinched our noses shut - If you cannot smell it, you cannot taste it.)
Then quickly eat half an orange.
However, whatever works is what works.
(Good luck)

I take two tablets spoons of castor oil before my cycle and after my cycle (periods)
I too , do the same I put castor all around tummy organs as well as the liver , kidneys and spleen.

Yayy keep me posted on your experience with it!

1. Organic
2. Hexane-free
3. Cold-pressed
4. Stored in dark glass bottle

How often to drink castor oil? Do 1 time a week or need 3 days in a row?
1 teaspoon per day.
Everyone should find out the suitable frequency of swallowing castor oil for himself: once or twice the month; once; twice or thride the week; or (why not?) daily. This one will concern the dosage too: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) or 1 teaspoon (5 ml) castor oil.
@@enemanozzleThis is true. The frequency depends on how constipated you are. After it is cleared you won't even need to take CO.
If you’re trying to have a baby, be careful not to use the castor oil after ovulation, wait until after you’ve gotten your period to start back using it
Can you explain why?
@@mskekep9767 Castor oil is so strong, it will induce labor. Because it also breaks down cysts, lumps, bumps, etc, it will break down anything foreign. So, if you're trying to get pregnant or are pregnant, do NOT use castor oil!

I heard you and other people say you use it for hair growth as well, does hair grow when you apply it to your belly. I want to use it for my face and stomach but I’m afraid hair will grow in the places I apply the Castro oil
Use a dropper to apply it to your scalp, a few hours, or overnight before your hair wash.
😆No. you massage it into your scalp. Leave it on overnight then wash your hair . It’s very greasy
