At this age, with low testosterone levels, it becomes tough to lose fat and gain muscles at the same time... I agree he uses photoshop to show fake abs but other parts of his body, be it arms, shoulders, legs..., they are simply mindblowing.

I am also salman khan's fan.. But true info is always true.. My opinion also the same that salman never go for lean body or shredded body.. He maintained his looks with some bulkiness and some muscle..
I also have same views... but the thing is first find someone training over 35 years who has been inspiring body builders since 2 generations(even Vidyut Jamwal said this once in an interview when asked about Salman)
I think I have more respect for Salman for maintaining a realistic look (decent fit) whereas the industry is going in the other direction.

I love and respect Salman. Especially for all the good things he has done for others and all the things he gives back to others. I look upto people for the good things they give us and we all have flaws. I chose to follow the good things others do. I’ll be honest Salman gave me motivation when I was young to start working out, him then when I got into bodybuilding it was Arnold and others but to me Salman started it. I have a feeling he is doing it on purpose. I workout a lot and I stay a bit bulky to keep a lot of the size I carry because trust me it’s not as easy to be big while being natural. I’ll stay natural and might lean down a bit as I age more but I also have a high body fat but I keep my 20” arms which is not easy and still looks big. Many people thought I was on gear but no, im still natural but im not cut, I have hard abs but not a crazy six pack. Maybe one day I’ll really cut down but then I know I’ll lose a lot of muscle along with cutting because that’s how it works being natural. Good video tho. I like the way you speak. The only Desi fitness channel im about to subscribe to..lol
