    Turbidity is how much solid material is present in the liquid, how cloudy it appears...

    Great video! You definitely have v given me a new way of thinking about surface vs. dosing. Heat is probably the last thing I ever mess with, the few ways I brew I tend to keep our around a nice 205 F. Thanks, enjoyed the video a lot.
