    Cheesacake (Kâsekuchen)
    Ingredients for Plasticine:
    250 Gr of Margarine
    300 Gr.Un
    1 Egg
    150 Gr. Granulated sugar
    1 Baking Powder
    Ingredients for Cream:
    1 Lemon Peel Grater
    900 Gr. Strained Yoghurt
    2 eggs
    1 Puck. Vanilla Pudding
    Half Cup Oil
    500 Gr. Milk
    200 Gr. Powdered Sugar (I used too much because my Pudding is sugar-free. Please use sugar according to your own taste.
    Preparation of the Dough:
    Knead all the dough ingredients. 26 Cm. After putting Greaseproof Paper under a clamp mold, grease the edges of the mold.
    (NOTE: As I love plenty of Creamy, I just lay the dough on the bottom of my Pie. I put the other half of the dough in my freezer for later use. Normally, the dough is fully spread on the bottom and side of the Cake Mold.)
    Preparation of Cream:
    Mix all the ingredients with a mixer for 5 minutes.
    Pour the cream over the dough.
    Cook it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40.45 minutes.
    Note to Prevent the Cake from Cracking:
    Leave the Baked Paste on the oven door with a wooden spoon and leave it to cool in the oven for approximately one hour.
    If possible, keep the cake that is at room temperature in the refrigerator for eight hours and then eat it with pleasure.
