    Every now and then I fly a Baron. I love Beechcraft craftsmanship. Not so much since Textron took over though. But giving new life to that quality Bonanza is something I love seeing. Good ol American workmanship 👌🏾 . Love from Australia 🇦🇺

      Ha ha! In all seriousness, we appreciate any project that helps provide resource for our employees...and the Arkansas Department of Aviation receives revenue funding from a Special Revenue account derived from the sales tax paid on aircraft, aviation fuel, aviation related products, parts and labor. No General Revenue funds are used!

    I'm not a pilot. I don't own an airplane. I built a 30x50 pole barn (one-man project) for my 10 goats and enjoy driving my 3032e John Deere tractor around. That said, this video makes me wish I had a plane that needs the interior updated. Hmmm, any suggestions for my tractor seat? The adhesive is failing and the molded seat is pulling away from the metal. Ok..ok... I'll just buy a new JD yellow replacement seat. (I do like the older paint scheme). In summary, nice craftsmanship.

      Right on! I come from a farming background so I too enjoy driving tractors and can respect the work that goes into building a pole barn! I'd say if it's not too far gone grab you some 1300L Adhesive for your tractor seat ;) Thanks for the comment!

      @@AfterglowAircraftSolutions well, between the weather and the goats (they like to battle it out to see who get to keep the seat warm for me), it's going to take a whole lot of adhesive and maybe, just maybe, a case or two of duct tape. Best of the coming year to ya~

      Buck Buchanan In addition to the FAA each state has Aeronautical programs for airports and promoting aviation. They fly to the airports and insure the state and federal trust funds are being spent properly and assist smaller airports with management. So, they use the plane to fly to the different airports to do their jobs.

    I’m sorry I like the original classic beach design on the paint. And the leather looks beautiful but beach put wool that was wool seats you took out of there. And they used wool because it was so much cooler than leather. An airplane doesn’t appear to have air-conditioning and if you’re down in Florida rather have those wool cloth seats than those leather seats.

      Thanks for the comment and the compliment! Actually the money used for this project comes from a special revenue fund paid solely by aviation related taxes paid by aviation business in Arkansas. No general tax funds were used! We also like the fact that some of the money we have paid into this aviation revenue fund, being an Arkansas aviation business, worked its way back around to our employees and their families!

    • @dicel87

    No issue with the state refurbishing a government aircraft beyond white paint and a functional cloth interior is kind of ludicrous. That’s our money and there are many other places lacking that could use it.

    • @AfterglowAircraftSolutions
      @AfterglowAircraftSolutions  3 роки тому

      Thanks for the comment! WE totally see your point...however, the general tax payer does not fund these projects for the State. The Arkansas Department of Aeronautics receives revenue funding from a special revenue account derived from the sales tax paid on aircraft, aviation fuel, aviation related products, parts and labor. No General Revenue/Tax funds are used! So unless you've recently paid for an aviation related service in the State of Arkansas, your personal money didn't go towards this project...Here's another perspective to consider.......Our employees are faithful tax payers, who work hard and have families to provide for and bills to pay...even if general tax funds were used (which they weren't), providing for our employees and their families seems like a pretty noble cause to us!
