Be as honest and direct (plain english) with them (A) as they are with you (N) State the obvious "Will you empty those bins as I am cooking dinner" " I'm very busy, we'll speak later etc.......Stay calm, get time for yourself. Tell them you love them. Tell them you're tired, tell them you need a hug. State the obvious. Take a break for yourself. Don't feel guilty. It's a two way thing. It's not easy but they need you and you matter too.

I have this hope with my autistic son.
I married an autistic wife … diagnosed 10 years into our relationship. It has been extremely difficult and extremely rewarding. She has her deficits… unlike Shaun she is a disaster in the house. But she is loving and affectionate, extremely loyal, and has been through a number of very difficult life events with me. Her support during those times was unwavering… it was not just weeks but years of events. She loves me and I love her so much. Most of all she makes me laugh.
Love the seriousness in Shaun voice when he ask if they wedding still on lmao. Shaun knows how Lea likes to change her mind so he’s making sure.
I adore this couple, the way Leah learned to accept and understand Shaun and his condition is remarkable . How she loves him, how she is incredibly patient and unconditional with him . They deserve each other
Ahhh please don't pull a "I'm sorry I can't marry you" at the last moment. Give Shawn and Lea a break!

I could see them doing that honestly and then at the end of the season, Shaun and Lea elope or have a very small wedding or even a wedding at the hospital. I hope that’s not the case though. I feel like too many shows do stuff like that and it’s just annoying.

I don’t like how the show seems only centered around Shaun’s love life. I kept coming back to this show because I really liked the patient’s stories and how each character was developing/ their dynamic. Hospital playlist is very similar to this show but I really love how they don’t let side relationships become the focus of the show. They always focus on projecting a meaningful story. It might b my time to give up on this show
I remember seeing Lea for the first time as that cute neighbour and i loved her hairstyle😍😍 and now seeing them get married is like a dream come true.....awwwww they are so adorable...all those little steps the crossed together...this was lovely would die for another 10 seasons😍😍😌😌
PS: my only regret was Lea's hairstyle in season 4
You wrote my heart out. I remember when Lea being too casual and fun and asking Shaun for batteries for her television remote, being a neighbour to him. She's always been a fun one. She's lovely with little long hair than she had it in season 4.

There was so much information in this trailer, I almost thought this was a Movies Coverage Trailer Lol.
I kinda wish the show switched arcs with Lim and Brown. Lim getting a relationship arc just reminds me that she dogged my boy Melendez. Plus I just found Brown more interesting as a character, and I wish she was still around.
