If you want to get higher altitude experience visit manang, mustang, rara lake which is a biggest fresh water lake. And most important once visit lumbini birth place of lord Buddha. If you are mountain lover then there is annapurna and sagarmatha base camp. Chitwan national Park and bardiya national Park is for the experience of jungle safari. There are so many places which I can not include here. Nepal is one of the ricest country in culture, history and geographical.
