He seems like a cool ass down to earth dude who respects everyone. Like helping the security guard move the barricade back and saying sorry to a driver when he went into the road. People like him give skaters a good name.
@@HarpreetSingh-ol4sq is that really a question ? 🧐🥴 For one…. The “lazy man effortless” style which couldn’t be any smoother, His trick selection, his consistency, but most importantly he killsss ledges, rails, stairs/gaps, manny’s, and transition! What sets him apart is I seen a clip of him once nollie back heel flipping into like a 7 ft quarter pipe basically as an alternative to drop in 💀
I don't know how many of youze can say that you are 50 years old, have been a skater since 1983, spent five years as a writer for one of the biggest skateboard magazines ever published (including dozens of video reviews), and has a tattoo of a Jeff Grosso (Santa Cruz) graphic on his back since 1989... but I can say it. And I say it not to dap myself up, but to present to you an abridged resume from an over 38 year love affair with skateboarding and skateboarders who have always and continue to inspire me in whatever I do in life. I was there for Natas, Hosoi, Hill, Hensley, Gonz, Cardiel, Markovich, Duffy, Sheffey, Koston and all the greats. I am still here for Mason, Evan, Villani, Gillette, Yuto, Foy, Midler, and others. But mostly, I am here for this guy. For what its worth to have been around for so long, and to have seen so many and much, I am also here to tell you this: Ishod is the most gifted, talented and stylish skateboarder to ever have been in this life. His skating is no less iconic than it was to hear those first bars of 'Riders on the Storm' as Duffy rolled in the rain toward that back lipslide. He is no less inspirational than Gonz in Daze and every bit as stylish Gino just pushing. In a lifetime as a skateboarder I have seen none greater. I fucking love this guy.
A long time ago I fell down really hard and had a rough cut on my knee. Luckily my best friend Nyjah was there. He picked me up and carried me home. I was really exhausted from skating and my rough cut was hurting a lot so nyjah took the opportunity to help his best friend out. He said, "You, my best friend, you have a very good tre flip and I'm going to help you shower. I won't take no for an answer." My entire life I'd been waiting to hear that. Obviously the only way to get me properly cleaned was if he got in as well. So he did and we had the best bro shower of all time. I sat on my shower chair as this gold medalist scrubbed me down. He was very careful around my booboo on my knee. He's a good pal.
Being good enough and consistent enough to land something huge like a dozen times and just pick which one is best has gotta be pretty cool. I'll take the sketchiest shit ever and run with it im happy just to get anything no way im landing it another 9 times.
Def my fav skater but i showed my toddler ishod for the first time and he literally watched this for 5 hours, he just kept rewinding and looking in amazement
amazing skater who seems to be such a cool and funny guy ,always having fun, happy and smiling ,that's really a pleasure to watch ,so much positivity ,keep on bro !
This mug is soooooo good. The consistency, along with the style that makes everything look like it is all too easy. I hope people watching appreciate the greatness we are witnessing.
The heelflip over the gate and stairs at 6:22 that spots in Monterey and he made it look so easy and small, that spots gnarly in person. Hell yeah Ishod 😁😁
Ishod is so inspirational tbh so relaxed with so much style dude... I will neveeer forget the moment I´ve met him in Germany during the FOURSTAR CLOTHING demo back then #MuchLoveFromGermany
One of the REAL 🐐 ! That’s allot to be said in itself being that REAL has had so many walk the halls of that epic co. But …if Ishod keeps this kind of skating going, he will be the 🐐 street skater of all time!! Maybe 2nd best to M.G. STILL A GOAT ALREADY!
Ever since he popped up on the scene the bar has been raised. I came here looking for car diy’s but when I see a clip from this beast…everything else can wait lol 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I was skating Paine's park in Philly a few years back with some buddies and Ishod was there. He was practicing half cab heel nose slide on the benches. He eventually started doing 270 out. Every time just looked so effortless. Amazing skater with such a fluid style
I can't even watch him skate! It's disgustingly beautiful. Haha! I remember seeing a clip years ago when he was an am and was floored at how great he was.
He seems like a cool ass down to earth dude who respects everyone. Like helping the security guard move the barricade back and saying sorry to a driver when he went into the road. People like him give skaters a good name.
What an opener we need more of this footage from skaters!
Really refreshing to see a skater treat a spot and the occupants respectfully. Ishod does seem like a good, solid dude.
We need to stop the reckless yelling and harassing people doing their job's. It's bad enough we're trespassing, and destroying properties
Hes a good homie and humble forsure
Definitely, really nice to see! no idea why some skaters act so entitled at spots? Spitting their dummy out and embarrassing themselves
Ishod rough cuts are definetly one my favorite things in the skateboarding universe
only his parts are better
Rough cuts in general 🫶🏻

Ishod is undeniably one of the greatest to pick up a skateboard. Everything from trick selection to style is on point.
Rough cuts are my favorite!!!
Making everything look so casual. This guys confidence is unreal.
Ishod can do it all, with style and grace too! Amazing.
Even the way he sort of fluttered down that handrail bail at 2:54 to escape distaster… unreal. 🙏🏼
This guys style is insane and he got the most fire fits with the dunks😂
You guys should make a new 'Smooth Cut' category just for Ishod
Thrasher, Ishod Rough Cuts and Gas Giants is all I need on YT. Bangin Bruh 🧨💥
