- Let's talk about the oline. With Broderick seemingly being named the starting LT, Dan Moore Jr and Troy Fautanu will battle for the the starting RT role.
Also, James daniels ramains a question mark beyond this season. While he a solid piece, he will command a sizeable contract.

Yes. Don't break the bank, but find a way to keep Daniels. We've been at our best with veteran linemen. Linemen with continuity are important for those playoff moments.

James Daniel's will rise to the SteelHouse on fire with desire & like everybody on the team he WILL transcend upward better than ever before. His Veteran is most valuable now, and SB '24 will roll over into SB '25. This STRATEGY IS BANKABLE.
There is a reason the Steelers drafted Mason McCormick out of SDSU! I have heard nothing but good things about McCormick! All those young guys on the line frees up money for TJ Watt, Russell Wilson, Muth, Warren or Harris, and George Pickens and or possibly a WR from the outside. Khan is always giving himself needed flexibility while putting together a very good roster.
To EVERY offensive players defense, the last 2-3 years in Pittsburgh has been unfair because of the lackluster QB play. As skittish as Kenny & Mitch played the last two years, they REALLY brought the entire offense down. GP, DJ, Freiermuth, & CAIII could all flourish and will flourish with better QB play to include DJ in Carolina. So the O-Line will also appear better with better QB play. We started to see it with Mason as the starter.

When full pads go on in about a month from now, a lot of things will be sorted out. If we are truly going to start Broderick Jones at LT, then TJ will decide who starts at RT. Whichever guy between Troy & Dan that keeps the GREATEST LEFT edge rusher currently in the league (TJ) contained the best will start at RT. Either way we have an unofficial improvement of our offensive line. We were also very high on Cole, Herbig, & Seumalo a year ago...so we'll see what reality brings.
I'm not sure who was high on Cole and Herbig. Herbig was signed to be a backup, and Cole was average the year prior.
No do not need too secure JD beyond this season
BIG B I still think you need a wide receiver. If you land one you will be dangerous.

Right now neither rook is projected to start day one. I think TF would ultimately be a better left tackle (hes a naturally better pass blocker & BJ is a natural mauler). Anyhow from what im seeing, TF needs some development and Herbig is right now, starting center. Either way by the end of season (assuming all healthy) Frazier will have himself together and be the center. Dan Moore isnt a good left tackle and admits he can't play on right side. That being said TF will end up staring and being adequate at worst. TF & ZF are upgrades PERIOD

Troy is weak and needs to get stronger..he had trouble anchoring in college he is f()cked in the nfl
But I’d start Moore over Troy as the season begins then if moore plays bad let a developed Troy take his spot
We already know Moore os gonna be bad. Why throw him out there when we could use games to get Teoy up to speed?

The only thing that is deep on Mediocre Mike's idea of Steelers football actually is is the Bullshit that flows out of his mouth !!!! The Steelers will be lucky if we come out of this season with 5 wins total.
