While you spending money on the exhaust system , you might already spend money on something which is a little bit louder , my personal opinion , mbrp was not loud enough for me
You mean exhaust tips? If so then no , exhaust tips are absolutely fine and nothing has melted , i heard some stories from people saying that their real carbon fibre tips melted , i was kinda prepared for it ,but considering they only cost me £100 i thought i was just gonna replace them if that ever happened but they didn't and they stay strong lol
Did you notice better or deeper sound after install those tips? Or is it just for better look? And how about drone after install it? Is it less or on the same level?
You will notice drone reduced to minimum if not zero drone right after installation..sounds great , also sound is not trapped any more under the bumper. I am happy with the outcome
@@JP-qb6mp Thanks for you reply. I'm just looking for something that will reduce my drone (straight pipe after first cats) and maybe get a little deeper sound for that V6 but it's not a very popular thread that are posted on the internet. The tips from your link comes with that logo? Nothing wider would fit for the first edition of rear bumper (MY2018)? Because I'm looking for something that have a very similar shape comparing to the OEM ones (no big gaps between or something). And the last one - can you upload and send a link to the photo of the rear side of you Stinger, just to see how it looks integrally with the rest of the car? Thanks!
@@dereknicol3465 yeah ,you will notice big difference straight away , maybe you will not eliminate the drone completely but for that kind of money tips will help by reducing the amount of drone, also make sure that tips do not touch the bumper at all,so they don't transfer vibration on to bumper
60mm inlet is way too big , my Stinger is 2017 and my tips are 52mm diameter as shown on the video and fit firm and I only used clamps provided with the tips to secure them, no issues whatsoever ,I heard some people who bought 54mm inlet welded them for extra protection. I cannot comment on the newer models because simply I don't know ,perhaps diameter of pipes is different ? Hope this helps
I bought the 54mm the other day as I'd read online that the 51mm were too small for some people... I have the 2018 Stinger do you think the 54mm can still fit fine without any issues?
Hi, yes it will fit but it won't be as tight as you would like , I spoke to someone with 54mm and that person welded his tips a little bit to make sure tips won't come off within a time, I personally would go with a smaller size, because they fit perfectly and you could tighten them up properly without any welding , hope it helps 👍

Install aftermarket tips on the end of mufflers (do one side at the time) DO NOT thighten them ,just apply enough pressure so they don't slide off 5. Put back on muffler with already installed aftermarket tips 6. Align the muffler and tight the mufler clamp first 7. Do the same for other side of exhaust system 8.
