I would love to do the Wings for Life World Run in person, let's see if I can help you out on your team. I did a half marathon in memory of my grandma back in March, and honestly it's such an incredible experience to go through all the weeks of training and then finally get to run the event. I raised more than £1500 for Alzheimer's Research, and the fundraising journey is so incredible and really puts things into perspective, it's so motivating to see everyone supporting you. The best training advice is to do regular runs and build up your distance each week, but never push your pace to the maximum as you are at risk of getting injured before the race day. Best of luck Jon, I hope to join you for the run! (If you're interested, I finished my half marathon in 1 hour 30 mins - in terrible weather conditions!)
I think that I've seen every video that you guys have posted and this vlog was my favorite one of Janni. The subtle little things that she said and did were just so damn cute. Keep up the great job of entertaining us and using up so much of my free time. lol

I am running on the app near home but looking forward to contributing to the team effort. Just hope my legs are up to after running the London Marathon last week.

Now I just have to figure out a plan with my flight landing in Stockholm (Arlanda) at 10:00, and the race starting at 13:00. He actually can speak pretty decent french not often we see it in the vlogs tho, there is one vlog where he was and got his back checked up where he spoked pretty good french.
