Ang take ko po sa Japanese Shrimp Sisig siguro parang kung paano nila ginagawa yung oyster sisig. To make the shrimp crispy by using the tempura technique then naka bite size yung shrimp. Or sashimi na prep for shrimp with tobiko. Then may tempura flakes for crispy element. Mala ceviche/kilawin. I think the missing element sa okonomiyaki niyo is yung raw onion and sili na madalas nasa sizzling sisig. Iba pa din ung sisig kapag may raw onions or white onions na nakamix with a touch of green chilies. Then for both options you can just add a little drizzle of the mayo + liver spread + liquid seasoning mix. Pwede sa side na lang ung calamansi para pigaan before iconsume.
