Yes! 👏 As much as english is the universal language, the competition is european, the artists are there representing their own countries and if people like the music+performance, they will like it and vote even without understanding what is sung. For example, due to duolingo, after Måneskin in 2021 the italian learning classes increased.

Outdated but still great. Considering the amount of complete total garbage we call music these days, I could still argue that this song is revolutionary even in 2022. Song was considered revolutionary back in good old 2012 when you could actually turn the radio on while driving and have some good modern music to listen. A song like Euphoria brings me back to my elementary school days. I am sory for kids whose childhood will be forever associated with 2020's music.

if there's one thing I really love about Eurovision it's the variation of artists that come by and also the variety in styles between all winners.
