I need your opinion I have the chance to buy a used scx6 good condition working order I just need to buy battery and charger the guy only wants $500 is that a good deal if I don’t like it can I sell it for that much
I did one of these myself Running the 1.3 Cling on tires with the 1.3 Injora Modular wheels and the injora diamond portal axles and it has no tire rub issues what so ever Also added a 2speed fcx18 transmission and the injora purple brushless system and its a blast to drive. Oh also replaced the rear body clip/arm with a set of magnets so easy on & off and hold great
Just purchased the black and orange striped body. By eliminating the driver interior, that will make it easier for battery placement. I threw that dopey rubber strap away as soon as I purchased my Bronco & replaced it with Velcro. Also will be installing the MB100 ESC for quieter running...should be a cool rig.
Thanks for the video! I was looking at this body with high speed gears to make a sort of trophy truck/baja rock bouncer. I'd love to see an aluminum front bumper option.
Thanks for the video! It be cool if they came out with this body style that just clips into the trx4m clipless design.... one of my favorite parts about the trx4m is how easy it is to take the body on and off.... while the cage looks cool, i would prefer a simulated one that clips on rather than a complete chasis! Thanks again for the great video!
To mount the battery, I also used Velcro. I velcro’d the cockpit up front and used one screw for the back, so it’s a quick turn and pull to move the cockpit and insert or remove battery.
Mine is coming apart and the parts are going on a IR60 I like it better than the donor Injora jeep and the wheelbase should match. This kit included Defender/Bronco links which I already have and on throwing the geometry off, instead of the right links. An they print an exclamation point at the end of printing that they include the wrong size links! That will leave me with nothing much for this but the return will fund that IR60 body and chassis.
Ordered mine a couple days ago, glad to see it’s as good as hoped. I almost bought the trailing arm linkage kit as well, any chance you have that queued up to try? Love to see it in action!
Sharp, I think I would love that is it was some type of metal.... I love as much metal components as possible on my TRX4M ... I think the metal links are the only thing left I didnt change, I got the Meus axles from you, I have metal gears, trans, driveshafts, Shocks, servo mount, belly, Wheels, steering links.... and some other stuff I cant remember
The latch orientation needs to be in the six o’clock position. Make sure the light bar is correct position and the body doesn’t need to be forced on or off. The latch swivels to locked on. I love this kit,
For me, the install is more than building the kit contents, it's the whole project. You skipped over almost all of it, so this wasn't of use to me. The result is me not buying it. If it's so easy, why not show us? Also, having the rest of the components highly modified doesn't show me how the kit performs after a stock installation, another reason not to buy. I like Meus products, and just installed a set of really nice wheels on my SCX10.3 CJ-7. Really nice quality stuff. Maybe in the future you could take us through the whole process, that would be very appreciated. Thanks for showing how cool it looks when completed 👍
For all of the people complaining about the battery, could you not put the ESC under the interior and put the battery in the back? Use a battery extension and then you could plug and unplug it from the rear.
@@CapeCrawlers that’s very fair. I charged the battery in my tarantula without removing it for the same reasons! Just an option for the people shying away from this chassis for that reason.
The battery tray is a deal breaker for me on this kit. After fighting the MB24 kit with the electronics and battery setup I'll never buy another one of these kits.
Like the God of Gods, Zeus is pronounced Zoose. One could only assume Meus is pronounced the same (Moose). Just a thought. Me-Us? No, please don't say it like that, it hurts my ears. Also, please don't take offense, I say what I think sometimes at the risk of offending others, although my intentions mean well.

Die Meus sehen einfach super aus
Great build I was really surprised by its performance 😊🤘✌️
Looks good. I'm thinking about making a small crawler to keep my rock van company on my backyard crawler course.

Thanks for the review! Do you think, that it is possible to fit a brushless combo to that chassis?
Will it work with ascent 18 axles?

Thanks for the vid you really made my decision to not buy with that battery ordeal! Did they come with the spacers for the shocks?
No, spacers were not included

Putting mine together now and decided to Velcro the battery in and charge it in the truck.....

Excellent Boulders 💥💥💥
Did you have any servo and motor interference? I’m getting a bit with the added lay down servo mount
None on mine that I can tell
Been hoping they’d make this for while!
Do you think this chassis kit would work with the CR-18P EVO RTR? I don't mind a little bit of modification and fabrication if it's close enough.
If you could get the skid plate to fit the rails, possibly. But I think that’s going to be your biggest hurdle
@@CapeCrawlers good to know, thanks for the reply!
What hex driver size does the m1.4 bolts use? My 1.5mm is too large
Without the interior installed, would access to the battery be easier? Looks like a sweet little kit.
Yes I think so
Do we have body options for the CR18P evo pro yet?
Not yet

nice video What 1.2 Tires and Wheels are on the outside video?
They’re meus wheels and tires. www.helidirect.com/products/meus-racing-1-2-inch-beadlock-wheels-brass-rim-aluminum-1-0-plus-tire-set-negative-hub-4mm-42g-for-trx4m-scx24-silver-model-c?variant=40520372846669&adpos=&scid=scplp&sc_intid=&hsa_acc=8620015243&hsa_cam=20045548461&hsa_grp=&hsa_ad=&hsa_src=x&hsa_tgt=&hsa_kw=&hsa_mt=&hsa_net=adwords&hsa_ver=3&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAACi80wdkbXa5iQ2G7bkc7UUEpsKE8
Using the injora 7kg servo what lay down works with trx4m ?
There’s a bunch of them now. Injora, meus, ramp crab. All of them will work
Nice build. Truck looks very good.
For all of the people complaining about the battery, could you not put the ESC under the interior and put the battery in the back? Use a battery extension and then you could plug and unplug it from the rear.
Certainly could. I like the battery being down low for the weight distribution so I’ll suffer through the tricky access

Wooooo!!! Mb18 finally!!
can the injora 370 motor fit?
Depends on ur build since ur gonna have to use a diff chassis
@@Kiswani242 the stock skid I have
Looks great but that body mounts ugggg maybe a plate on top with some velcro to hold the body on ?
I ended up putting a magnet on the top

Hey subscriber here, will this kit work with fx118 components?
No I don't think so. It's designed for the TRX4M specifically
The battery tray is a deal breaker for me on this kit. After fighting the MB24 kit with the electronics and battery setup I'll never buy another one of these kits.
Same exact thing
You can skip installing the passengers module and it will be just fine; you'll have enough space to access the battery.
Nice Nice
Dude i want one cool little rig...
I would have one right now if I wasn’t happy with my current build
Should find a way to put a winch in there. Lol
I wish the 10th scale designers showed the same skills as the 24th does, They would make a kill'n. OH crap my wallet, Never mind........

@@CapeCrawlers I stand corrected, thank you

Does it work with their trailing arms?
