For those without a lathe.. can we buy the pre machined anvil from you? Yes i know aliexpress sells these in thicker diameter, but not everyone has a lathe who works with screws :-P
And I don't have a lathe, they did that to me in a lathe workshop

Принципно от 1/2ра има много прилични преходници и като цяло тази конверсия според мен не е многи необходима.
Обратният вариант от 1/4 хекс към 1 /2 ра силно необходима.
Just modded the B2 version, woks the same way, also with the same parts.😁
Drill- Packedge in typical box, came with a tool bag (added bonus), two batteries, one charger, drill, and driver. Two words "plenty of Torque" ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxW1vOBRCMrgTCDEijzpVzDWsgI-Jm2iQv well I guess that's three. Nice upgrade from current setup. Has belt clips, I don't think I will be using those. Driver and drill were bigger than what I expected but it is an upgrade from the current setup. For the money I would say that this is a great setup for Professionals and DIY/Weekend warriors.

Please start selling the anvil part already machined on ebay :-P many of us want to upgrade that part to a square drive, and without a lathe only dremel is availible to carve out the case but not the hard anvil :-/
i could not do this with manual tools even if i span it inside a drill and carve it with a dremel it is not precise :-/

Thanks for the tip. I tried to go through the bazaars in our country, but no one sells the old version and the new one is still quite fresh, so I don't think anyone has done any experiments on it yet.
@@ErCanEverything When asked if you can use your dimensions for the new version, the answer from the author of the picture is: no, this is the old version, the new bushing is 22x9.85 at 18 (According to the anvil).

great job, i wanted this upgrade after i broke some hex-1/2 adapters.
the first upgrade i saw needed the impach cone housing to be milled to fit the new piece, but i didn;t want to do that.
could you post all the anvil dimensions? so i can buw what i need from aliexpress.
All sizes of the anvil can be seen in aliexpress. I left a link in the description
the size of the casing was Aprox. 16.30mm, and from there we increased it to 17.00mm

Nice work! What diameter does the original impact shaft have? And why didn't you reduce the diameter to the original shaft diameter to reuse the original bushing? Is it smaller than the diagonal of the 1/2" square?

The diameter of the original shaft is 13.50mm, and the diagonal of 1/2 is 16.90mm.

Don't you have a familiar turner, just make you only 2 bushings, and you can file the anvil yourself 1 mm. And you need a 2mm thick washer.

Наскоро ми попадна същата машинка от франция и чесно казано бях малко разочарован спрямо ревютата които гледах, докато не открих разликата при употреба на ударни вложки.
Аз много съм доволен от ъпгрейда, има почти двойно повече мощност спрямо сток версията.
Преди не успях да развия болтовете на джантите при 226Nm, сега при 180 развива на секундата. Някои ми написаха, че съм ги развил предварително. Но не съм, и нямам полза от това.

Trebuie sa faci 2 bucse si o saiba la strung, dimensiunile le gasesti la inceputul filmului (sau in rapunsul autorului la intrebarea lui Fabio Basta)si gaura din carcasa ( pe unde trece axul) trebuie majorata la 17 mm. Ultima informatie nu e in filmare dar apare in raspunsul autorului catre Vali F, imediat dupa intrebarea ta.

Deci reduc diametrul piesei pe strung de la 18.00 la 16.90, fac saiba si cele 2 bucse si maresc diametrul gaurii din carcasa la 17 ca poata trece piesa de diam. 16.90 prin ea. Vad ca el preseaza a 2-a bucsa (back bushing din video) in piesa principala ca sa reduca diametrul interior. Stii cumva daca se poate fara presa?

In the video everything is correct.
I only missed 1 detail, finally the base of the anvil is hollowed out so that the hammer enters tightly to it.
And one more thing, the top of the aluminum casing expands to 16.9 ÷ 17.0mm
In the video, maybe yes, but this adapter from the auction has 18mm on the base and the hole at the capping machine is max 15-17mm even without the sleeve you are making. I don't know how you put this adapter inside the cap.
