Change of plans: no PD rights, no problem

While the ever hospitable Harish and Jyoti prepared homemade dhal for us, they shared their experience with renovating a new build home in Hounslow with next to zero permitted development rights.
Despite the setbacks their neighbours faced, the couple was determined to get their extension and give their young daughter Shivani not only more room to play, but also carve out valuable socialising space for family and friends.
