And to Trillbilly at 2:40, the women weren't allowed to be energetic or go all out like they do these days. WWE was WAYYY behind pretty much everyone else in terms of women's wrestling. They pretty much saw the women as eye candy and that was it. It's a shame too, because they had quite a few talented women back in the day.

In the WWE/F, Women wrestlers weren’t as talented back then as they are now because they weren’t hired to be. Lita was the only real high flyer for females. Chyna and Trish were considered the elite female wrestlers. Molly Holly, Victoria and Ivory were probably the most overall talented female wrestlers. Prior to then, they were just for show, to be valets or for beauty and bikini contests/matches, especially during the attitude era. And even listing those names above, WWE/F focused more on their sex appeal than actual talents.
To me, Bianca Belair has to be the most gifted female athlete to ever be in WWE
Weren't as talented? I'd disagree with that. They just didn't get their opportunity to shine. You just named a bunch of female wrestlers who where super talented. But just didn't get an opportunity to show it.
As for bianca it's a toss op between her and Ivy nile... But she's In nxt and next to nobody watches that right now.
Vince's old out of touch ass HATES tournaments unfortunately Ross 😒 Pretty much anything naturally affiliated with the wrestling world outside the E is a no go for him. Meanwhile, the old NXT, AEW, NJPW, Stardom, etc prove him so wrong every year and prove just how gold the concept is and how well it showcases talent.
