Premiers meeting: Nova Scotia and Quebec premiers speak with reporters - July 16, 2024

Premiers Tim Houston (Nova Scotia) and François Legault (Quebec) speak with reporters following the second day of the annual premiers’ meeting in Halifax.
The premiers comment on the recent floods in Toronto and take questions from reporters on a number of topics, including wildfire prevention, the centralized emergency alert system in Halifax, the upcoming U.S. election, and the provinces telling the federal government to "stay in its lane" with regards to the division of federal and provincial powers.
