Well, that's not correct. 165psi over-run test is 10% over apparatus rated flow at 150. The 165 test should be immediately following the 150psi test, as it is to ensure the pump capacity is not at the "breaking point" during the 150 test. The 150 and 90 psi governor tests should be performed at their working pressures.
