this man should be a millionaire for the time, physical energy put out, emotion he puts in and talent that he displays, his creations will last thousands of years. WOW!!!
So refreshing to see the old ways of doing things are still being utilized today in our mass-produced, fast-paced world. Beautiful expression of this mans soul❤
You can glue to a mat and export, by the the square feet. You can also make stepping stones. Master craftsmen, if I was a billionaire that would be my bathroom. I would build a mission style home and that would be my courtyard/garden area. They should do this in their yards in California and cut down on the grass.
These are set in the traditional way. First a layer of sand, then about a cm of lime. The stones are placed on the layer of lime and once they are laid you carefully sprinkle with water which will make the lime fairly solid. This will keep the pebbles in place. So no mortar, no cement. The have to be placed really close together and the very last stone is hammered in, keeping all the others up. Good luck!
may I ask you what is the English name on that bag of pebbles I have been looking everywhere for some and cannot find them anywhere. thank you for your time. amazing work
+Jason Gomez Sorry did not see your comment until now :-) These pebbles are hand picked from the beaches around here. You cannot buy them. The should be flat and all about the same size so it is a lot of work!
Thank you for getting back to me. I wish I lived there to get those types of rocks but around here it is hard to find any. I live in the middle of Texas and the closest beach is allllll sand ahaha but again thank you for ur time.😊 will u be making any more videos I would love to see more of you work.
+Jason Gomez they don't sell them in Greece prohibited by law but if you live in a Greek Island you could collect them from the coast (all colors) for private use

Once all of the stones are in place, what keeps them from moving or being disrupted?
I imagine some type of epoxy or cemetasciouos material?
Are the stones placed in mortar? What is the bed of the walk way made of (sand, concrete ...) and how thick is it? Thanks. It is a very nice walkway.
+T Rex yeah in soft slow drying mortar 'bout an inch and a half thick (you add lime to the mortar)
excuse my ignorance but what does the lime do to the mortar
